PAGMULAT ng mga mata ko, naamoy ko agad ang pancake at bacon na niluluto ni Luke. Mabilis akong pumunta sa kusina, pero bigla akong napatigil nang makita si Luke. He is only wearing the apron cloth covering his sexy naked body.

"Janice resisted her arrest and committed a suicide instead," he said while carefully weighing my reaction.

Masaya ako na tapos na ang paghihirap ko sa kamay ni Janice, pero masakit pa rin sa akin na malaman na patay na ang stepmother ko. Mas lalo na ngayon, tapos na ng trabaho ni Luke bilang probinsyano hero ko.
