"Ready...set...go!"

I was standing in a field with Tyler Lockwood, Seth Blanchard, and my sister Elena. I was always the one to count down for my sister's friends' races. Elena cheered for them as they ran. The grass was tall, almost tall enough us to get lost in. I was so short, I couldn't see the boys but Elena promised me she could. Seth was a little taller than Tyler, but Tyler still had an advantage. He was simply stronger.

"Run, Seth!" I cheered as he made the second round around the pond. He fell a few more feet after he passed. Elena and I ran over. Tyler soon joined us.

Seth was groaning and holding his knee. He was bleeding horribly and crying.

Suddenly, Elena looked at me and gasped. Everyone looked at me and screamed. I ran to the pond and looked at myself. Black veins were under my red eyes. I sped towards them and grabbed Elena.

"Sundance!"

I sat up quickly and looked around. I was in the basement. My body felt worn down. I was sweating and my arms were heavy. Stefan and Damon were in the cellar with me while Elena stood outside of it. "You've been screaming and crying for five minutes!" Damon said. "You okay?" Stefan kneeled down to my level. I shook my head and looked at Elena. I was hungry but I couldn't get up. My eyes fixated on her. "Woah, tiger. That's your sister. Breathe." Damon stepped in front of me. "I'm sorry, Elena."

I looked at Stefan. "I-I blacked out in Georgia. Is that why I'm here?" I whispered. He nodded. "I don't want to scare you, Sundance." Stefan looked at me. "You might be a Ripper." Damon shrugged. I heard Elena's heart quicken. "What? Like Stefan?" She asked. Stefan looked down. "Yep." Damon clicked.

"Are you sure it wasn't any other blood binge?" Elena frowned. "No. It wasn't any other blood binge." Damon shook his head. "You two vervained me!" I stood up and almost collapsed. Damon sped over and caught me, then sat me on the mattress. "You need to learn control." He said. "I can't stand another deer," I mumbled. "You just need help, Sundance. Let us help you."
I exchanged looks with the green and blue eyes in front of me and nodded.

It has been a week or two. I've stopped paying attention to time. I have plenty of it.

At a barbecue, Jenna held, Damon had the stupid idea to stab Mason and Alaric helped. While all of his devious work went on, Stefan tried to find out from Katherine why she was in Mystic Falls and Katherine lied, saying that she was back for him. Stefan injected her with vervain and chained her in the basement near me. What a joyous bitch. She told us what happened back in 1864, the day humans captivated her, and what led to that day. Stefan asked Katherine one more time why she is back in Mystic Falls, but she kept saying that she was back for him. She threatened that if he won't break up with Elena, then she will kill her, which I tried to kill her for, but instead Stefan attempted to stake her. Elena eventually got to the Salvatore house and met Katherine, who had unchained herself staked Stefan in the leg, and broke mine. Caroline worked for Katherine. Stefan and Elena broke up. Mason hated Damon... so basically day to day things.

I'm now with the man a certain werewolf hated. I was watching as his chest rose and fell. I slept (in the same bed, not like that. Get your human heads out of the gutter) with him since he "didn't trust me to be alone." Damn, you kill 30-40 people at once and all of a sudden, I'm a bad guy.

Damon was sound asleep. His breath smelled of bourbon, mint, and a bit of blood. It irked me but I could contain myself better now. Damon was like a bodyguard these past days. He kept me and others around me safe.

"You're staring." He said. His morning voice was smooth, deep, and sexier than his everyday voice. "I'm observing." I excused, burying my face back in my pillow. "I never said stop." He scoffed. I rolled my eyes.
