Elena entered the kitchen, only to find John on the floor, bleeding horribly. She rushed over to him and tried to stop the bleeding. Elena grabbed the phone and called 911.

"Hi, I-I need an ambulance to 2104 Maple Street." Elena panicked. "Behind you," John whispered. "What?" Elena turned around and gasped but no one was there. She grabbed the bloody knife and cautiously approached the hallway. Katherine sped around, scaring Elena before she ran out the door. Elena, then she remembered her siblings.
"Jeremy! Sundance! Jeremy!" She ran to his room, only to see him unconscious on his bed. "Please, Jeremy, wake up!" She cried.
Elena shook Jeremy frantically and he woke up.

John was taken away in the ambulance. Sundance and Elena were sitting on the porch. Stefan tried to get to them but the officer wouldn't let him get through. "He's okay," Elena told the officer. Stefan followed the girls upstairs to Jeremy's room.

"He said that Anna gave him her blood and then he took these pills and now...I mean he looks fine but then again so do you. So, I just...I don't know." Elena explained. Sundance wiped astray tears off her cheeks.
Stefan took Jeremy's face in his hands and examined his eyes.

"Come here. Look at me." Stefan said, looking at his face.
"I'm fine, okay? I feel exactly the same."

"He's fine," Stefan said, standing up.
"You mean I'm not a vampire? Damn it!" Jeremy scoffed.
"Don't say that Jeremy! Jer, why would you want that?" Elena walked over to him.
"Did you hear about Anna, what happened to her tonight? She's dead." Jeremy cried.
"Jeremy, Jeremy. Come here, sit down." Stefan pushed Jeremy back down on the bed. He grabbed his face in his hands and made him look at him. "I am very sorry about Anna, but it's very important that you listen to me right now. With every passing moment, Anna's blood is leaving your system. If you try to kill yourself right now, you could really die." Stefan said.
Jeremy looked away.
"Hey!" Stefan slapped him. "Do you understand me?!" He questioned.
"Stefan..." Elena walked towards them. Sundance held her back. "Jer needs this." She whispered.
"Yeah, I understand." Jeremy sighed.
"Good."

Stefan got up and stood next to Sundance.

"What about the pills that he took?" Sundance asked. "He didn't take enough to die so Anna's blood actually healed him of that," Stefan said.
A policeman knocked on the doorframe of Jeremy's room. "Miss Elena Gilbert?"
"I'll be right there," Elena said.
"You two need to be at the hospital. I'll stay here with Jeremy." Stefan offered. "No, I don't need a babysitter." Jeremy declined.
"Yes, you do," Elena said. She kissed Stefan and grabbed Sundance, then walked downstairs.

MYSTIC FALLS HOSPITAL

"Bonnie. How's Caroline?" Elena said, embracing her friend. Sundance looked at Bonnie and then Damon. He looked down guiltily. She furrowed her eyebrows. "She's weak. They don't know if she's going to make it." Bonnie whispered. "What?" Sundance held her hand over her mouth. Bonnie hugged her.

"Is there something that you can do? Like a spell or something?" Elena asked. "She doesn't know how to do you?" Damon snapped. Bonnie looked down. "No, you don't because it took Emily years to learn a spell like that." Damon scoffed. "Well, I can take down a vampire, that spell was easy to learn." Bonnie snapped. "I can give Caroline some blood." He offered. "What? Are you crazy?" Elena looked at him. "No, just enough to heal her. She will be safe in the hospital and it will be out of her system in a day, she will be better, Elena." Damon said. "Do it. This is Caroline. We can't let her die. Do it." Bonnie said to Damon. "If I do this, you and me, call a truce?" He looked at the witch. "No. But you'll do it anyway. For Elena." Bonnie turned on her heels and walked away.
