Will woke up in a lot of pain, his mind numb of what was going on, all he knew was that he had to make breakfast soon or Ford wouldn't be happy and he would be punished. He tugged off the white blankets covering him and got out of bed, his bare feet padding across the chilly lab floor.

His head hurt and he was dizzy as a dodo bird, but he kept at it till he reached for the door, leaning on it for support.

He heard a clunk of a lock as he reached for the handle and pulled his hand away as it moved, someone was trying to get in.

Ford, on the other side, opened the door slowly as he felt the weight keeping it shut. "Will? Come on now, you shouldn't be up" he said.

Will moved to the side to let him in, leaning on the wall instead "I gotta make breakfast" he muttered, reaching for the door again. Ford grabbed his hand and pushed him back "Oh no you don't, not today, you need rest, you've lost a lot of blood" he said, helping him back to the bed. Will's good eye looked at him tiredly "My head hurts" he whimpered.

Ford sat him down and sighed "Right, forgot the pain relief, hang on a second" the man said, making him lie down before crossing over to the many shelves on the other side of the lab. Will tried to leave the bed as Ford rummaged about for the Morphine he had ordered. "I know I put it somew- Whoa! Hey! Where are you going" he cried, grabbing him as Will stumbled about.

The demon whimpered "N-No leave me" he sobbed, pushing at him "No m-more."

Damn idiot's delirious.

"It's done, Will, you're okay now." he insisted.

"I am?" Will looked confused and Ford smirked. "Come on, back to bed." he said.

Ford made him lie back down, his eyes finally spotting where he had put the drugs "Safe now?" Will asked him,

Ford nodded and patted his head "Yes, all done."

He set Will up on a drip, waiting a bit as Will blinked up at him, staring intently, it made him nervous and was strangely off putting, "There, you should be feeling better now" he said after a while.

"Thanks, Bill" Will muttered as his eye lids closed, the drug fixing the pain and making him sleepy.

Ford had no idea who Bill was, but he made a mental note to ask him later.

He found Mason and Fiddleford having a screaming match in the dining room, Mabel poking and picking at her own food as she ignored them, eyes on her phone.

"JUST TELL ME WHERE HE IS!" Mason screamed.

"Why the hell are you bothered about one stupid demon?! He's not dead!!!!" Fidds yelled back,

Mason's angry glare turned to Ford as he came in and Fidds followed his gaze, "Ford! Help me out here!"

"IT'S WRONG! AND YOU'RE FUCKED IN THE HEAD IF YOU THINK SLICING HIM OPENS OKAY!" Mason yelled, poking Fidds in the chest angrily.

"Fidds didn't slice him open! Fidds took his eye out, we did it in under five minutes, and I ASKED HIM to do that, so if you're going to be screaming at anyone it should be me!" Ford growled, sitting down and buttering some toast.

He heard Mason strained whine as he fought not hurt him and the man smirked, looking up at him as the nineteen-year-old clenched his fists tightly "He can still see, it's not a big deal like you're making it out to be"

"I HATE YOU!" Mason shrieked, Ford stood up, and Fidds backed a way a bit.

"Jesus Christ, I don't need anymore drama, GET OUT OF MY SIGHT MASON GLEEFUL, IF YOU HATE ME THAT MUCH GO TO YOUR FUCKING ROOM!!" He yelled, pointing to the door. Mason stormed off down the hall, slamming his bedroom door shut behind him as hard as he could.

Ford sighed and sat back in his seat, resuming his breakfast.

Fidds rubbed his eyes. "Did you give him Morphine?"

"Morphine? What? Mason or William?"

"Will or course, but I dare say giving some to Mason wouldn't hurt, angry little shit this morning, isn't he?"

Ford snorted into his coffee as he took a sip, choking a little, and Fidds chuckled. Soon the two were laughing as they sat there. Mabel glanced up from her phone and raised a well groomed eyebrow.

"I'm so tired" Fidds whined once they had calmed down.

Ford looked up from jamming some toast into his mouth "Didn't you sleep?"

"Not really, you?"

"You know me, I never sleep."

"It's not good for you," Fidds said, reaching up to brush away a few crumbs from his shirt. Ford blushed and batted his hand away, "I don't need your babying," he grumped, and just like that sweet Ford was gone.

Fidds stood up with a sigh and went to go check on Will.

The demon was staring up at the ceiling and giggling like a child. Fiddleford raised an eyebrow "Something funny, William?" he asked.

Will pointed to him. "Fiddle, Ford, I get it now! You're a Ford that fiddles!" he said, looking very proud of the fact he had figured it out.

Fidds turned as he heard a snort behind him. Ford had followed.

"He's delirious, amusing isn't it?"

Fidds nodded.

Will cocked his head to the side, "Where's my brother? I thought he was here."

"Brother? I thought you were joking," Ford questioned, coming over and checking the IV line.

Will nodded "He's like me only yellow, he's my twin, I want him" he said, sitting up in bed. Ford pushed him back down. "He's not here. I don't know where he is."

Will gazed up at him with unfocused eyes, eyelid slipping closed as the drugs shut him down once more.

"Get some rest now" Ford insisted, Will was only too happy to oblige.

Ford closed the door behind him and looked up at Fidds with a sigh. "Now I need to go talk to Mason, he's behaving poorly for a Gleeful"

"He's mad at you, you hurt Will and he cares about him" Fidds explained.

"Yes, but why?" Ford questioned.

"Maybe he likes him?" Fidds said, Ford sighed, "Wait...what?"

"How about you talk to Will about it when he wakes up?"

Ford shook his head. "You know I'm horrible at talking to people, particularly if they've just had their eye cut out."

"It's that or asking the grumpy teen down the hall," Fidds pointed out.

Ford mentally groaned, he had a good point.
