You could say she just feels lost. Then a new girl comes into town and she seems to have the answers to all the questions Ella has been too afraid to ask. With her help, Ella might be able to figure out who she really is. But will Ella be ready to face herself?

I recommend reading this while having internet connection. There are some pictures that indicate who calls who and when the call ends. It is possible to read the story without them. But I think it's less confusing when you can see them.
This story is a spin off from When We Meet Again. It can be read as a standalone. If you want to read both, I recommend reading When We Meet Again first.
