"Hey, Ella."
"Hi."
"You said you wanted to tell me something?"
"Yeah. I think I'm ready, Piper. I'm planning on telling my parents today."
"Oh, that's great!"
"I'm scared, though. I have no idea what they'll think about the fact that I'm going out with a girl."
"I'm sure it'll be fine, El. You can do this. Otherwise, I'll just have to kick their butts."
"I can totally see you doing that, but let's hope that won't be needed. Thank you, though."
"Of course. I know how hard this all is. I promised you we could do it all together. I'm just a call away if you need me."
"I know."
"Let me know how it goes, okay?"
"I will. Oh, another thing. I think we should tell the girls too. We've been hanging out with the two of us a lot and I don't want them to feel left out, you know? And it would be nice, I think, to be able to just be us in front of them."
"If you want to, I'm totally up for that. We can tell them together sometime."
"I'd like that, yeah."
"Okay."
"Okay, my dad's just got home. Wish me luck."
"Good luck! I'm proud of you, no matter what."
"Thank you, bye."
"Bye."
