' Good morning sir. Your day is mostly clear for today except for the ten o'clock meeting and then you have to pick up all the children from school.'

His assistant gave him his day plan as soon as he stepped onto his office floor. He always tried to keep his Fridays less busy since he got his children every weekend.

' Thanks miss Mpilo. Is that all?'

' No Mister Samuels would like to see you before you leave for your meeting.'

' Did he say what it was about?'

' No sir.'

Kenneth was silent for a minute thinking why he would be summoned into his partners office so early. He thanked her again and left for his office to put his belongings down before heading towards his partners office. He opened after knocking once and found him on the phone with his wife. He envied their marriage sometimes especially since they also had problems but managed to make it work. He on the other hand sought solace in another woman when his marriage started having problems. To think he and Nkuli were married longer than Senzo and Susan.

Senzo said dabbing him up and offered him a seat as he sat back down.

' Just talking to Susie, she tells me that Nkuli is having trouble with the three older children.'

' Yeah Minnie told me how they're disrespectful and do as they please. Why are you and your wife discussing my family?'

' Don't flatter yourself. I could hear from her tone that something was bothering her so I asked and she told me about your family. I just wanted to know if you were aware and what you're doing about it.'

' Well Nkuli never wants to talk to me these days unless she's forced to but it's never about her troubles. I will deal with them when I pick them up from school.'

' That's good. The reason I called you over is because I need you to fly to Cape Town on Monday. We have an important meeting with the Van Stadens. I have another meeting in the North west. '

' Do I need to spend the night in Cpt?'

' You might have to.'

Senzo and Kenneth co-owned one of the biggest property development company and had started it while in college.

' Had a date with Jess. She's going to be mad when I tell her.'

' Well for you to continue taking her on these expensive dinner dates and trips, you'll have to take impromptu work trips. She has to understand to continue living comfortably.'

Senzo was not a fan of Jessica but did his best to respect his friends relationship. After all it was not his place to tell him who and who not to date.

' I guess I'll see you Tuesday morning.'

' Yeah. You're picking up the kids after you meeting right?'

Kenny replied yes then walked out to prepare for his meeting. The meeting took two hours and he decided to drive to the school and pick up the youngest. Since she came out earlier.

' No just got here about twenty minutes ago. Got you a burger.'
