Freddie's original plan was to the both of you stay awake all night. He knew that you liked Queen, you wouldn't be work on a movie about it or have Queen merch if you didn't.
He wanted to spend this hours with you, not only as a thank you but, in Freddie perspective, as a way of giving you a chance to say "goodbye".
The brunet man started working on what would be Bohemian Rhapsody during college in 1968 and named it 'The Cowboy Song', he had got stuck for a while with the lyrics. Of all the scenarios he could ever had imagined, he never thought that what would help him to make some progress would be time travel. He almost finished the lyrics that night.

You fell asleep first but Freddie didn't mind it, he figured that you probably had a rough day. You woke up in the next morning with the loud annoying sound of your doorbell, Freddie just groaned and turned to the other side, pretending that he wasn't hearing the doorbell.
Your back was killing you, which was a consequence of sleeping in such a small couch. You dragged yourself to the door and looked through the peephole. You saw slightly distorted versions of Joe and Rami and opened the door, once you did it you placed your hands on your hips.
"Rami, doesn't Ben's flight arrives in a couple of hours?" Joe said, purposefully acting bad. He put his right hand, with an open palm, on his forehead and winked at you.
"Oh, my God, Joe! It is." Rami put one of his hands on his hips and snapped his free hand fingers. "Gate 39B if I can remember." he said point his index finger up.
"Even you guys?" you grunted. "By the way: what the fuck? It's too early for you two be like this." you were still a little sleepy but stepped aside so the boys could come in.
"Like what?" Rami asked stepping inside. He felt weak af the knees when he saw Freddie sleeping on the couch. He would never get used to have him around.
"Not looking like zombies." you answered playfully and walked with them towards the kitchen. You didn't want to wake anyone.
Joe seemed a bit off, as if he was searching for something. When you finally connected the dots, a smirk appeared on your lips.
You were making coffee when you noticed that he was looking for some indication that John was up or not.
"He's not up yet." you softly spoke as you placed the filter in the filter holder.
"Oh, alright." Joe answered. He sat on a stool close to the kitchen island and exchanged a look with Rami.
"Okay, so: why are you guys here this early in the morning if you know that we would meet in like... an hour?"
"Because you're an amazing, beautiful person and we couldn't wait one more hour to see you!" Joe said and you narrowed your eyes at them.
"What do you want?"
You knew that they wouldn't come to your house at 7 am unless it was something that: a) was very important or urgent; b) they were really excited about.
"Ok, uhm... We wanted to ask you something..." Rami started and shifted his gaze to Joe, as if he was telling his friend to go on with the explanation.
"Yeah and we wanted to remember you that this will be a once in a lifetime opportunity." Joe completed
You couldn't be more clueless about what they were talking about.
