[A/N]: Hello, everyone! It has been a while. I hope everyone is doing alright, please stay home and safe. I hope you enjoy this chapter!

As the Freddie and Roger got distracted with clothes, accessories and by chatting in the back of the store, John and Brian were having a particularly interesting conversation about how one of the possible ways of going back to their time would be by recreating the same conditions.

Gloria took you to the front part of the market so you could help her stop people from going into the back and as a way of her talking to you in private.

"Your vibrations do not seem alright, sugar. What's going on?" she said while folding some shirts, she seemed a bit sick though.

"I'm... I don't know... Confused. But how are you?"  you asked trying to hide the concern in your voice.

"It's just a flu, love. Don't worry." she smiled in a motherly way but something still seemed off, you weren't going to push because you knew her and she wouldn't tell you anyway. "Now, we're talking about you: what happened for you to be confused?"

"There're two guys and really like both of them... One won't be here for long, I guess, but maybe I can still be with him and the other one, well... I think I misinterpreted the signs. I thought he liked me but turns out he didn't and I started to maybe have feelings for him... And now he's probably gonna date someone else." you blurted.

Gloria didn't say anything until you were finished.

"Well, honey, if there's something that life has taught me is that if you have feelings for 'person B' but then start to have feelings for 'person R' maybe it's because your feelings for the second person are stronger." she said and you chose to believe that she didn't pick those letters in purpose.

A sigh escaped your lips and before you could answer, Gloria had to help a client and you did the same until she was free.

"But, Glo, what if being with the second person would mean that I would lose someone that I'm really close to?" you were afraid that if started dating Roger you might would want to go back with him and the boys.

Which meant that you would not only lose one person you are close but all of them. However  now, your question was about the fact that being with Roger would draw Ben away.

"Honey, we all have to make hard choice, and when you're suffering because you have to make one, it's because you have already made it." she said and patted your shoulder.

"And how can I know that it's the right one?" you asked and started folding some more shirts to help.

"You don't. You just take a chance and follow your heart. That's kind of how life works, Y/N. It's a leap of faith." she smiled at you and then said that she would check up on the boys, which left you alone with your thoughts.

[...]

You, Gloria and the boys had lunch in the back of her store. You concluded that the bad feeling you had about her health was probably just in your head and nothing was going on, she even seemed happy.

It was around four when a really strong rain started to pour. The four of you were afraid it would get worse so you and the boys said goodbye to Gloria  and went back to Joe's so you could get Roger and head to your apartment.

During the drive, a sudden hailstorm started. Brian seemed to link the dots, the weather was strange just as it was during the trip you guys did weeks ago.

He would have a serious talk with you guys in the next day, he didn't want to freak you out right now because you were driving.

Brian knew about the movie date you were going to have with Roger that night and even though he was against you and Roger starting to get into each other, he saw how he seemed to be happier around you. The guitarist didn't want to spoil the mood by telling you and the boys that all the strange things happening was probably the Universe trying to "fix" what you all did.

  [...]

When you, Brian, John and Freddie arrived at Joe's place you had to run to the door because of how awful the weather was. It was windy and the hailstorm was worse.

Luckily, Joe saw the car arriving and ran to open the door for you guys. He hugged you as soon as you were inside and kissed your forehead; Roger was anxious thinking about the boys and he smelled like cigarettes, he asked if Ben could leave a few with him and the actor agreed.

"I was SO worried about you guys, I've never seen anything like this. It's weird, I didn't know Fancy New York could be like that." Joe said and let go of you. You already knew that he called London "Fancy New York" but it made you chuckle anyway.

"I've never seen anything like this too, but for now all we have to do is stay inside... I'll just text Sarah to see if she's alright, have you talked to the others?" you said and Joe nodded. He didn't mind having you all over, especially because he would get to talk to John, which probably wouldn't have again once they left so every minute was precious.

[...]

Joe was giving Freddie, Brian and John a tour around the house so they could get comfortable there. Roger had already seen it this morning.

You were in the couch, texting Sarah to check up on her, when Roger walked into the living room and sat by your side.

"I guess movie is cancelled." he said with a sad chuckle.

"Not really, we can still watch it with everyone here." you shot him a soft smile and blocked your phone so you could pay attention to him. That wasn't his plan but it would have to do it.

    "Yeah, I guess." he shrugged.

The scent of the cigarettes were strong, you already knew that he used to smoke however it didn't make you like the smell.

"But you will sit next to me, right?" he asked, making you chuckle.

   "Of course, Rog."

  [...]

Since you couldn't watch anything that had been released after 1974, you decided to watch 'The Exorcist'. By the end of the movie you were curled up against Roger and, who was as scared as you but refused to show it. At least Joe and Freddie's comments made the movie a bit less frightening.

When the movie was over, you guys decided that it would be better if everyone slept together in the living room and watched a lighter movie.

You brought all the three mattresses in the house to the living room. You and Roger remained in the couch, Brian would sleep in one mattress, Joe in other and Freddie and John would share the biggest one.

"You got the movie right, you know? I've been wanting to watch it since I heard about but never got the time." Roger said facing you with a hint of a smile on his face.

"I'm glad you enjoyed." you snorted.

He kissed your forehead and smiled before shifting his attention back to the movie you were watching now. You couldn't focus anymore and eventually fell asleep thinking about what Gloria had told you earlier.
