chapter 12

(Demi's pov)
I walked in the door and dropped my keys. "baby! I'm home!" i yelled. joe came right in through the hall and picked his keys right up. "let's go." he said. "you got 20 minutes to get ready, we got plans" he said shoving me to the bathroom. "okay?" i said confusingly.

I quickly got in the shower, and did my hair and makeup. I dressed pretty casual since he wouldn't tell me where we were going. (a/n: she's dressed like the picture)

I recognized Austins lake house as soon as we got there. he was probably having another party. "u excited?" joe asked. I shrugged. "I'd be more excited if u told me what was going on." i said. he chuckled. "you'll see." he grabbed my hand and took me out back.

it took me a second to realize it once we sat at the dock, that it was the exact place id met him. "hey, this is where we-" joe cut me off by putting a finger to my lips.

I looked around amiring the lake, as i saw him reach in his pocket. i ignored it thinking he was grabbing his phone or something. but then i saw a black velvet box and the pit of my stomach started to get excited.

Joe turned and faced me and opened the box to reveal a huge diamond ring. "demi, you're my whole world. I love you so much and can't wait to spend everyday of the rest of my life with you.. so in that case, let's start today. will you marry me?" he asked.

a smile grew upon my face as I hugged him and nodded. "yes!" I screamed.
