chapter 10

(demis pov)

the airport was flooded with people. i just need to see joe. and he said he would be here. and i'm so excited. i think my heart is gonna fall out of my ass.

i just want to see his beautiful face and that smile and more than anything want to just hug him and kiss every inch of him.

i twirled my car keys around my finger and waited. and waited. he was 2 hours late. and i really just decided go give up and go home. i was disappointed but didn't bother to cry about it. i turned around and started walking towards the exit as people stared and pushed past me.

"Demi!" i heard that sweet voice. I turned around and saw joe standing in his uniform with a duffel bag. just as i had left him. i smiled and ran full speed to him and jumped into his arms. "I've missed u so much!" i said.

he picked me up off the ground and i wrapped my legs around his waist. i cupped his hands in my face and kissed him roughly. "I've missed you too beautiful." he said. he spinned me around and people stared. but we didn't care.

I unlocked the apartment door as joe wrapped his arms around me from behind. It felt so good having him back. oh lord, how I've missed him. I finally got the door opened and we walked inside. his army uniform looked so good on him. he shut the door and looked at me. "babe..." he said. I nodded. "yeah. do you want something? food? a drin-" I was interrupted by a pair of lips crashing on mine.

a few hours later I opened my eyes to be in bed, beside joe. he was asleep still but he had his arm around my naked waist. that's probably the best sex I've ever had to be honest.

2 weeks. 2 weeks I get to have him all to myself. but then unfortunately, I'll have to say goodbye again. I tried not to let it ruin my mood.
