Chapter 02

"What about the tickets for concert?"

I stopped from walking while biting my lower lips to surpressed and the utmost excitement. I'm waiting for Claise to respond on my questions.

Mula pa lang dito sa kinatatayuan ko ay natanaw ko na agad ang bahay namin. There, I can see the guards standing in the both sides of our gate. I think they found out about me sneaking out.

I'm living in an exclusive village called Light Home, it was along here in La Francè Avenue. Walang tao ang pagala gala sa village na 'to because there's a strict rules to be followed here.

So I am free to walk confidently here, they won't even catch me anyways.

"I sent them there." She answered on the other line. "Happy?"

Hindi ko man ito kita ay alam ko na umiirap na siya ng walang katapusan ngayon. Just based on the tone she's using, I think she was so upset of what I've done to her the last time, that's for sure. Napangisi tuloy ako.

"Thanks, yes I'm super happy! So next time don't try to fool me, okay?" Nang-aasar kong saad dito, but then I started to walk slowly. "I'll give Indi's real number, let's work fair here since we're the allies." I chuckled.

"Fuck you Sachleia!" She hissed. "I hate you for sending someone else phone number to me! But I'll sure to do that. Just give me Calvin's number, please!"

Natawa ako bago ko tinapos na ang tawag. Today, I ditched my driver just because I want to feel and to know what commuting is. And now, I have no choice but to walk my way to our house because taxi and jeep aren't allowed to enter in this village.

Arte, ano sila? May mga kan'ya kan'yang private vehicles and how about those mga nasiraan ng sasakyan? It's just so annoying on how priviledged people think sometimes!

"I'm near in hell," I rolled my eyes.

What should I do while waiting for 6 pm to occur? I can't stay in our house just to wait. Should I go in sparkle to kill some time?

Nilakad ko na ang pagitan ng bahay bago tinago ang phone ko sa aking bulsa. I'm not wearing our school uniform, I'm wearing one when I just feel like I want to.

"Let me in," Utos ko sa mga guards.

They look at me, gulat na gulat sila. Their mouth was wide open while scanning me from head to toe. Puta, ang OA naman nila! I just took a public transportation, what's wrong with it ba?

Alam ko naman bakit sila ganito. Worried sila mawalan ng trabaho, takot silang masesante sa Mommy ko. Hindi dahil sa worried sila sa akin mismo, napairap muli ako.

Escaping was so fun pala talaga. Ang boring naman kasi slight dito sa bahay namin. Puro itong water fountain dito, the grand staircase at iba't ibang uri ng gamit na lang ang nakikita ko sa paligid.

I am not even allowed to go out unless Mom let me. Tangina, this is indeed a jail.

Pumasok na ako sa loob, not minding their kemes and sermon to me. Pati mga maid ay sinalubong ako, hindi ko na lang sila pinansin dahil sanay na ako.

This is everyday route. So boring and dull.

I lied down in my bed as I stared at the plain ceiling. When I remember the tickets for concert, agad akong napabangon upang guluhin at i-videocall si Wyn.

I need her to go with me!

"Bitch what?" Bungad nito.

"Yikes, feeling edgy!" Pang-iinis ko agad dito.
