Not to worry for people who have not yet entered. You may enter any time, but you may have a slight disadvantage to the people who have been here since the beginning. Anyway, I am writing this letter for a reason.
To celebrate the arrival of you all, I am throwing a ball. It is black tie only so please wear your prettiest gowns and suits. This will be the time to announce any special things going on in your lives.

Either way, after this is posted, you have approximately 24 hours to talk to other competitors and establish relationships. If you form a relationship, every time anyone in the relationship moves up a rank, you do as well.
