I am going to give you the good news first, and hopefully not spoil this wonderful New Year Celebration. The newly wed's favorite gifts are as follows:

Baronetess Gwendoline simply adored all of her gifts, but her favorite was a porcelain vase with her and Brendon's initials on it and the wedding date engraved into in an arrowed heart and a diamond encrusted necklace. This gift was given to her by Baroness Lucia who is now Viscountess Lucia.

Baronet Brendon had a difficult time choosing his favorite, but since he couldn't pick more than one, he chose a silver chalice with his and Gwen's names engraved on it. This gift was given to him by Lady Anna, who is now Baroness Anna.

Viscountess Rexy had to choose between many great presents, and favored a scrapbook of her memories with the giver, half full. The rest is for her and Dylan to fill out in the future. Also an all expense paid second honeymoon to the location of her choice. A letter was attached to the scrapbook which will be down below. This gift was given to her by, for the second time, Viscountess Lucia, who is now Countess Lucia.

Baronet Dylan also had to choose a favorite from all his presents, but he finally decided to pick a necklace from Fayí with him and Rexy on it. Baby clothes. Glass pineapple. This gift was given to him by the other newly wed, Baronetess Gwendoline, who is now Baroness Gwendoline. And since Baronet Brendon is married to Baroness Gwendoline, he is now Baron Brendon.

I will be re-ordering the Royal Court list based on rank and then alphabet so you can all see who is in the lead at what time.

Now for the bad news.

I have not heard from a lot of the court members recently, and I am starting to grow suspicious of magic in the kingdom yet again. I am calling forth another witch hunt, but this time, everyone will be suspected.

IMPORTANT:

My guards will come tomorrow morning to do a room search for everyone in the castle. Please tell me what happened so I can punish any of them being too rough. If I don't hear a report by January 7th, any member who has not at least spoken to me about their room search will be exiled. If you need to ask me for an extension, please talk to me privately about your issue. I'm not a complete monster so I'll probably understand as long as you don't come to me the day of and say you can't until a week from the date.

I will be looking for something very specific in your tellings of what happened. I want to see the words "rifled", "ransacked", "innocent", "sorcery", "ludicrous", "potion", and "diamond" somewhere in it. If you put all these words in atleast once somewhere, you will be entered into a drawing to move up a rank. Four people will move up ranks.

Here is the letter that Countess Lucia sent with her gifts to all the newlyweds:

Dearest Queen Oxy,

I was so elated upon hearing the news that my beloved sister Rexy was to be betrothed to Lord Dylan. He brings her great joy and treats her with more love and affection than I could have ever wished for her to receive from a man. The wedding celebration itself was simply spectacular. Just the sight of her beaming as she walked down the aisle was enough to bring me to tears. As a token of my support for their union, I would like to present them with a gift.

I created a scrapbook filled with all of our greatest memories while we were growing up. From birth to our teenage years to our transition to adulthood, this timeline of our life commemorates all the events that built our unbreakable bond and molded us into the young women that we are today. Mementos, photographs and some of our favourite self-made quotes can be found throughout the 100-page scrapbook. Halfway through there are empty pages, left blank for her to fill with the future memories that she will share with her husband.

Upon completion of the scrapbook I still felt as if it wasn't enough, which is why I am also giving them an all-expense paid second honeymoon to any destination of their choice.

It seems as if the members of the court have all become quite close as I attended another wedding during this Christmas season. Although I am not particularly close to Lord Brendon or Lady Gwendoline, having just made their acquaintance, I still made an effort to show them some encouragement as they made the decision to legally seal their love. I presented them with a porcelain vase that had their initials and wedding date engraved into it in an arrowed heart, as well as a diamond encrusted necklace for Lady Gwendoline and a Rolex watch for Lord Brendon.

All the love in the air has put me into such a giving mood, hence my willingness to shower the newlyweds with lavish presents. I put great thought, effort and planning into these gifts so I do hope that they all appreciate them.

What a touching letter. I appreciate the effort you all bring to these challenges. Entertain me with your writing of my guards searching your room. It will reveal something about who you are and if you are in fact a suitable heir to the throne.

Also I have a question for Baron Brendon and Baroness Gwendoline. Did Baroness Gwen change her last name when you two were wed? If so, what is her new name. I would ask this of Baronet Dylan and Vicountess Rexy, but neither of you have listed last names.

One more thing, this is sooo long, but I also wanted to mention that on the Royal Court page, there are current country standings for rank, which will change like your ranks. I have balanced things out so it doesn't favor countries with higher population. Take a look at it.
