The Witch Report Bureau has just received this letter from one of Queen Oxy's appointed witch hunters:
Your royal highness Queen Oxy,
I am extremely concerned about the suspicion of witchcraft in this land. It saddens me greatly that one of our own could be a witch, but it is my duty as a lady of the court and an appointed witch hunter to state my suspicions. I have reason to believe that Lady Shayne Brightwell of Fayí is indeed practicing witchcraft. From the land of Fayí this girl has easy access to magic and magical items which she can use to practice her craft, and avoid suspicious eyes. Also at the ball she was very quiet, almost too quiet. I noticed her hair is pure white. That is not natural and obviously the flaw of a spell. Again it deeply hurts me to point a finger to another lady, but alas I have no choice. National security is it at risk, and I shall take no chances. Thank you for all that you do great queen, I promise I shall continue to serve you in any way I can.
