"Just tell me what I want to know"
general Fazil interrogated adder, she was tied to a chair with leather restraints, the room was dark, she couldn't see. She could feel the blood trickling down her forearm, the taste of metal burning in her mouth. The room smelt cold, damp and unforgiving. The sound of electricity crackling somewhere in the room filled her ears. One Private Josie Adams, her soft sobs racked through the room before another blood curdling scream as the electricity hissed.
"You don't answer! They get punished!" Fazil's breath was hot on her cheek, he smelt like cheap booze and cigarettes a painful reminder of her father.
"I don't know anything!" Adder protested, she could hear Josie's heavy breath. It was adders fault. She shouldn't have brought her on this mission. She wasn't ready. A young private fresh out of training ready to prove herself much like adder had. Josie wasn't crying anymore, she was silent.
Adder felt Fazil walk around the back of whatever chair she was tied to. He roughly gripped her shoulders before pulling her blindfold up.
The small dim light hanging in the center of the room managed to blind adder. Fazil had two of his men holding their attack dogs inches from her face, they began barking the noise drowning out any other sound, saliva dripping from their hungry mouths.
"I don't feed these hounds. They prefer English meat" Fazil spoke darkly into adders ear. The dogs began rearing up trying to attack the Sargent. She spotted Josie at the back of the room, she was passed out, the burns and cuts that littered her small frame a sure sign her body had enough of the torture.
One of the men placed down the jumper leads ,that were connected to a car battery, on a small table. Her gripped Josie by her short hair dragging her from the room. Fazil quickly pulled Adder's blindfold back over her eyes plunging her back into darkness.
"Let's try the next one. How does it feel Sargent. Knowing your causing your team so much pain." Adder could briefly hear a metal door scrape open, followed by muffled groaning.
"All I ask is one thing. Tell us what your next move is?" Fazil spoke his voice cold and harsh. She heard the electricity begin to crackle once more, the buzzing sound as the jumper leads connected with bare flesh affected adder the most, the smell of burning flesh invaded her nostrils, it made her gag. She felt as the sharp edge of a blade dug unforgiving into her left arm. She hissed at the pain the fresh blood trickling down her arm soaking into the binds that held her wrists.
"I don't know anything! You got the wrong guys!" Adder frantically yelled as muffled groans of pain filled the room.
"Mother fucker!" She could make out Nicks voice. Nick Turner. Her second in command. He was your typical SAS soldier. He had the muscles, the attitude and he was tough. To hear the pain in his voice as they tortured him was almost to much for adder. This man who had had his fellow soldiers die in his arms from horrific wounds and not bat an eyelid. To hear him begin to crumble was to much.
"Mother fucker?" Fazil questioned. His voice was calm but full of rage. He quickly pulled adders blindfold up. Nick was crumpled in a corner. Beaten and broken. His flesh burnt from the battery, blood ran from cuts across his face.
"Who's a mother fucker?" Fazil questioned walking closer to nick. He picked up a large blade from the table holding it tightly in his fist.
"I'm a mother fucker?" He chuckled pointing to himself. He sliced the make shift gag that was tied around Nicks mouth open. Nick looked up at Fazil and spat in his face. Fazil turned looking to adder pointing the knife at her from across the room.
"This is where the English go wrong. No discipline" with that he turn roughly grabbing nicks face and gouging the large knife into nicks left eye. Blood spurted from his eye socket as nick let out a gut wrenching scream. Fazil twisted the knife before pulling it roughly from the soldiers face.
