Jeongguk had his lips attached on another woman's.
He doesn't walk in. He doesn't question it. He just staggers back and runs out.
He was hurt. Very hurt.
He thought maybe they can make it work, maybe they can overcome the frustration over the marriage and turn it into love.
He thought wrong.
He sits himself in his car, he must've been so brisk to be back to his car in a span of a minute.
He breathed out, trying his absolute best to not let the tears free from his eyes lids. He won't cry. He shouldn't cry. He grips at the stirring wheel hard, so hard that the blood circulation stops for a second causing his fists to turn white.
It's his free day. He even got a reservation for this special occasion and made many arrangements such as convincing Jonghu to giving Jeongguk an off day.
Everything was supposed to be perfect.
Life fucks up each one of us
He groans throwing his head backward to stare at the black rooftop of the car. He doesn't know how he feels. There is just this sick feeling in his stomach. Maybe it's because he hasn't eaten or maybe because the scene his eyes witnessed made him want to puke.
He sighs once more before he dials Jimin's number, impatiently tapping his fingers on the dashboard.
The call ends. He tries again. Still no response.

Jeongguk sat on his chair, hand rubbing his forehead. He was distressed. He saw a glimpse of his husband standing between his office's door before he vanished in a blink of an eye.
He sat alone at his office after scolding his assistant for being careless enough to not inform him of Taehyung's arrival to which the assistant reminded him of how he himself asked his worker to let the brunette in anytime.
He groans imagining multiple scenarios of what the older is going through. His skull throbs even imagining such. He breathes in and breathes out, nothing seems to work.
please forgive me

"I'm sorry, sir. He isn't in the country at the moment."
"But, he never told me. That can't be right.", Taehyung replies, desperation evident in his tone.
At the moment he was standing by the receptionist to ask her to let him pass so he can find Jimin's hostel room and talk to him. Real talk. It's been forever since he had a good conservation with the older male.
"I really apologize but I can't let you pass unless I have the owner's permission and he isn't here at the moment."
Taehyung with a defeated nod leaves the building. As he sat in his car, tears finally escaped his eyes. He tried, he really did to stop the sobs leaving his parted lips. His heart was in total unease.
His shaky hand presses the call button as he patiently waited for the other line to respond.
"Hello."
"Please cancel the reservations that were made by me, Kim Taehyung."
He hangs up, not having the willpower to hear the woman reply back.
His lungs burn, he can't breath. His vision turns unclear, his tears turning into a puddle.
I will never be able to leave this labyrinth

Yoongi came in to blaring music, crazy light beaming everywhere. He couldn't comprehend his senses for a minute but after a while got used to it.
At the moment he was in a club. His friend Seokjin called him so they can hang out. He wasn't really in the mood however wanted some alcohol in his system. He wanted to feel some of the ecstasy.
As he was walking towards the bar, where he was supposed to meet his friend, he saw a mop of blond hair. He squinted his eyes a bit, to see the face clearly. A gasp leaves his lips when he realizes that person is none other than Kim Taehyung.
He runs towards him and calls out for him. The blond haired male looks up, with glassy eyes, and runny nose. A glass bottle hanging between the grasp of his fingers, most possibly alcohol.
Yoongi frowns as he looks at his friend's husband. Why was he here at this time of the day?
"Tae, are you okay?", Yoongi comes forward and puts a hand on the male's shoulder. A sniff is heard and suddenly arms wrap around Yoongi's waist with a face burying itself in his neck.
The poor guy was sobbing loudly while muttering incoherent words.
"Y-Yoongi Hyung, why d-doesn't Jeongguk love me?", Taehyung asks, with a cracking voice.
The confusion bursts more. He doesn't know what's happening so without replying he adjusts the male on his shoulders and starts walking towards the exit, noting to call Seokjin right after his out of the club.

"Taehyung, he loves you more than you think. Don't believe whatever you saw.", Yoongi tries to comfort the other who cried unstoppable, as he drives towards the married couple's penthouse. He and Jeongguk were in contact and almost talked everyday so he was very confused when Taehyung told him about the whole scenario.
He is assured Jeongguk has feelings for the blond. Only compliments have left Jeongguk's lips while describing Taehyung. It just doesn't make sense, why would the boy he has known for his whole entire life kiss a girl when he already is in a commitment? It just doesn't add up.
Yoongi was still in contact with Jimin so when Taehyung mentioned him, he wasn't surprised. He knew Jimin is leaving for states. He didn't expect Jimin to lose contact with Taehyung though. He thought Jimin moved on with his feelings.
"No, he doesn't love me. He-he *hiccup*", Taehyung tries to retort back but he fails to slur out his words.

Jeongguk enters his house with a loud sigh. He looks around, wishing to any god that's up there to make Taehyung be here in the house. His prayers were apparently heard as he walks towards the living room.
"Taehyung. Oh my God, baby.", Jeongguk runs inside the moment his eyes land at his husband, sprawled on the sofa. He quickly runs to him, but soon realizes Taehyung is in deep slumber.
He crouches down in front of the sofa caressing his husband's cheek but halts. He checks his forehead and soon realizes Taehyung's temperature is very high. He panics for a moment, not knowing how to deal with such a vulnerable state of his husband, when he hears a whisper against his ear,
"Why did you kiss her?"
