Paul, Taiki and I stood in our bathroom, in front of the mirror. All our reflections present. I sit on the toilet, and gesture to the mirror.
"From my experiences... If you try to touch a mirror, you'll be able to slip right through and enter the Xenospace. "I'll try it." Says Paul, he seems a bit eager.
He places his hand gently on the surface of the mirror, pressing hard. "... Ah. Doesn't look like I can."
I get up and place my own fingers on it; they begin to merge and slip through seamlessly. "That's the result that means you can wield a Persona."
Taiki fastens his cap on. "This is so exciting! It's all good if you can't Paul, we're still a team on this one!"
Taiki goes to the mirror and like Paul and I, presses his fingers on the mirror. They begin to slip through seamlessly, and Taiki backs away very fast hitting against the bathroom wall. "W-WOAHH!!! That is some weird shit my dude..."
Paul looks in amazement. "That is super crazy... So Taiki can use this... Persona? Try it!"
Taiki presses on his chest, mirroring the way that I summon Kikuri-hime. Nothing seems to happen. "... I'm focusing hard too!!! This power is really interesting...!"
I place my hand on both their shoulders. Paul, Taiki, we're partners now alright? Let's try and solve this case in Shinjoku... We can't just leave this to Police."
We all look at each other and unanimously nod. "Paul, I have to take Taiki inside so that we can awaken his Persona. Keep watch alright? We'll be back soon."
Paul nods. "You two be careful."
