I was walking home from school listening to all my music and singing along to it a little.
Once I got to my house I hesitated going up the stairs. When I got on the porch my Dad opened the door and stared me up and down.
"Where the fuck have you been?" He asked. He breath smelled of cigarettes and he had the smell of left over beer on him.
"Dad I was at school."
"What did you just call me. What is this school. You dont even go!" He yelled at me and pulled me into the house throwing me to the ground.
"Dad..."
"Fucking say it right!"
"Daddy I'm sorry!" I yelled in disgust.
"There you go my little baby. I'm sorry I hurt you." He whispered to me. Placing a kiss on my head.
"Daddy I-I need to go study. Is that okay?" I ask.
"Study huh?"
"Yes I'll umm.. make dinner at 6." I say and get up and run to my room.
"Bitch I didn't say you could leave!" He yelled.

I made it to my room and locked the door. I leaned my back against the door and slid down sitting on the floor. I pulled my laptop out of my bag and opened a new word document and I started typing.
Normally, I go to my desk chill there for a bit take out my iPad and draw. My two favorite things in this world writing stories and drawing. Not that I'm really any good at drawing. I'm not a pro at it, but it is nice to draw somethings. I always try to draw my mother better and better everyday.

I looked at the time and I had 10 minutes left till I start making dinner for my dad.
Sometimes I wish it was him that left and not my mother, but you'll see why.

I went down too see what I could make. Absolutely nothing in this fridge.
Nothing small in the cupboard.
Nothing really good in the pantry.
So in times like these I see noodles i know what I'm going to make.
I grab a big pot filling it up with water then on the stove to boil.
I open the box of noodles and put it in a measuring cup just to be sure its enough for my dad. Two cups for my dad and half a cup for me.
I don't like cooking but it's something my mother did. Keeps my dad from hurting me.
Once the water is all boiled I put all the noodles in. I add some salt to the water.
I get two plates out set them on the counter and wait for the noodles to soften. So I wait about 8 minutes to mix them and wait then 8 more minutes then mix them again then see in they're soft.

I strain them but making sure I still have some water left over. I grab some pepper salt sprinkle it in there. Grab some sriracha sauce put about 1/4 tablespoons in there sometimes a little more. I get a chicken flavored cube and mix in the cup of water that I have and more in with the pasta and mix everything in like crazy. Then I serve it.
