What am I going to say? Bård asked the same question to himself over and over again as he was pacing back and forth in his room. After Calle saw them back at the office, Bård quickly carried Reve, who after the kiss became unconscious, to his car and drove home. What am I going to say? He asked again.
"I never should have kept a Fox Girl in my house." he said out loud. He finally sat on the edge of his bed and cradled his head with his palm.
Okay. So you are going to tell them that it was an accident. You accidentally kissed. Why are you making a big deal out of a simple kiss Bård? Because Reve is living with you. They might think that you have a relationship or that you love her, when in fact is not true. You haven't replaced Alija in your stupid heart and even in this thought where she should have never been included keeps on bugging you! Wait why am I thinking of Alija? You kissed Reve for goodness sake Bård and Calle saw you! Wait! Why am I even thinking about the kiss when Calle saw the floating bottle! I'm doomed! Super doomed. This is totally fucked up.
He decided to stop his self talking and lay on his bed. He finally fell asleep.
"An accident. He doesn't love me. Alija." Reve repeated in his room. He heard Bård's thoughts. Every single one of them.
"I am here. But his thoughts are with her." She closed her eyes. It was so beautiful and magical. The way his lips touched hers. She wanted to never let that end. But Bård, Bård regretted every moment of it. The beautiful sensation that she felt in her chest was replaced by a stabbing pain. And she doesn't know how to get rid of it.

"Okay, so what are we going to tell them?" Bård asked Reve as he started the engine.
"What?" Reve asked as if she doesn't have a clue to what Bård was saying.
"About the...you know?" Bård continued, unable to just tell Reve directly. It was awkward enough for him to think about it.
"What are you saying?" Reve continued her asking.
"Wait, you don't remember?" Bård asked, hopeful.
"Should I remember something?" Reve feigned confusion.
"No! Um. It's just that, you elevated a bottle last night and Calle saw us, I mean saw you." Bård said.
"Well, I don't remember anything of that." Reve lied.
"Wait, you really don't remember?" Bård asked again.
"Nope. My head is hurting so don't ask me stupid questions." Reve said irritably. Bård could sense that Reve is grumpy today. Not the usual annoyingly happy Reve.
"Don't drink again. It's called hangover. Other people suffer worse so you're lucky to have just a headache." Bård said but Reve did not reply. She's not really in the mood today, Bård thought.
They were early. Too early compared to their usual arrival in the office. But something is weird. The parking is almost full, and there's a lot of people already. What is happening? Bård asked himself.
"Did I miss something? Some announcement?" Bård asked Reve. Reve shrugged in response. Bård took it as an 'I don't know'.
They finally reached Bård's office and unexpectedly, Calle and Vegard were there who looked very worn out. Probably because of last night. They looked at Bård and he then knew what they have to ask. He braced himself. Reve however looked indifferent over the situation and went into a corner and sat down.
"You're here! We were just about to call you." Vegard said.
"And...You're here...In my office...And I don't know what's happening. Mind telling me?" Bård asked awkwardly.
Vegard and Calle looked at each other.
"You didn't receive anything?" Vegard asked.
"What anything?" Bård asked while pulling his phone on his pocket.
"This...why am I not notified earlier?" Bård asked when he finally read the message on the phone.
"It's more like why arewe not notified earlier." Vegard corrected.
"What now?" Bård asked.
"We have to do it. They're fixing the studio now." Vegard replied.
"What do we need to do exactly?" Bård asked again.
"Just follow the director's orders, I guess." Vegard said. Bård finally went to his chair and sat down.
"Well, I trust Ole. We'll be fine, I hope." Bård said relieved.
"The thing is, Ole Martin's not directing this one. The producers' gave us someone from Denmark and they said that he's a bit quick-tempered." Vegard told Bård.
"What? More unprofessional than us?" Bård said jokingly.
"I think so." Vegard replied smiling.
"Hey, you okay? Hangover?" Vegard asked Calle. Bård wished that his brother never mentioned that.
"Head. Fucking. Hurts." Calle said with closed eyes. He was leaning on the sofa while massaging his head.
"Well, you drank a whole damn lot last night." Vegard said.
"You're right. I'm so drunk that I thought I've seen Bård kissing Reve." Calle said still with closed eyes. Bård was caught off guard but quickly recovered.
"What?!" Bård said giving Calle and Vegard the are-you-serious look. He gave his best to act as natural as possible.
"That's interesting. I thought I've heard falling objects last night." Vegard added.
"Well, I dropped a bottle last night. That would explain what you heard." Bård lied. Calle suddenly sprung up and looked at Bård.
"You dropped a bottle? I thought I saw a floating bottle while you were kissing Reve." Calle said. Everyone fell silent. Bård went white and was secretly cursing why Calle remembered that. Reve just stayed silent in the corner, uninterested of whatever they're talking. Vegard threw a look on Bård and then to Calle, and then exploded into a laughter. Calle laughed as well. Bård didn't got it at first but decided to just play along with his brother and gave a fake laughter.
"Floating bottles? That's bizarre. That's the worst drunk vision I've ever heard." Vegard said, still laughing.
"Let's not drink too much again." Calle said as he leaned his back on the sofa again.
"Yeah. Let's not." Bård said, relieved.
