Draco Malfoy *5th Year*

Chapter 7

"Padfoot. Are you barking mad? You'll blow the entire operation," Madeye scolded as we walked through King's Cross station while Sirius padded past us in his dog form. Harry and I followed him into a room where we couldn't be seen.

"Sirius, what are you doing here? If somebody sees you," Harry asked

"I had to see you off, didn't I? What's life without a little risk?" Sirius replied sitting down and gesturing for us to do the same.

"We just don't want to see you get locked back up in Azkaban," I said.

"Don't worry about me. Anyway, I wanted you to have this. Original Order of the Phoenix," Sirius handed us a black and white photo.

"Marlene McKinnon. She was killed two weeks after this was taken. Voldemort wiped out her entire family," he pointed to a woman

"Frank and Alice Longbottom,"

"Neville's parents," I whispered.

"They suffered a fate worse than death, you ask me. It's been 14 years. And still, a day doesn't go by I don't miss your dad," Sirius smiled sadly.

"Do you really think there's going to be a war, Sirius?" Harry asked looking at our parents in the photo.

"It feels like it did before," Sirius replied and Harry went to hand the photo back

"You keep it. Anyway, I suppose you're the young ones now," We said goodbye to Sirius before hurrying to the platform and boarding the train. We found Hermione and Ron quickly, sitting in an empty compartment. I sat next to Hermione and pulled out a book from my bag as the train's whistle blew and we gently pulled out of the station and chugged off towards another school year at Hogwarts.
