"R-ren?" Astra's voice echoed around her while her eyes searched for Ren's body. But Astra couldn't see him. She could only see her room. It was empty, but she could hear Ren's disembodied voice calling out to her.

"Astra, I have sensed something upon us," his voice travelled throughout her mind, and her entire body.

"What is it?" She called back. The first time Ren had called out to her like this she was frightened. She remembered how fast her heart beat, and how encased she felt within his grasp. This time was different. She felt free, and comfortable to speak her mind.

"I sense a connection," Ren halted between words. She could feel the lack of confidence in his speech. Astra could tell Ren was struggling to phrase what he felt, but Astra understood. The force had many ways of reaching out to its beholders. Astra had experienced what it was like to be there, and feel it for herself. She didn't blame Ren for his difficulties.

"A connection between what?" Astra raised an eyebrow as Ren continued to occupy her mind.

"The girl you saw," Ren paused, "you are connected with her," Ren finished, his voice now speaking behind her head.

"What kind of connection?" She asked. Of course she new this girl was some sort of Jedi, and Astra new she had the force. Astra assumed that sooner or later, she'd see the girl once more. Astra believed they were connected through Ren. Maybe this was a sign, and Astra's fate was to defeat this scavenger girl.

"I can't explain it," Ren choked, once again struggling to voice his thoughts.

"Tonight we will train again," Ren stated as his voice echoed from across the room. Ren gradually became visible. His dark silhouette eventually reached Astra's eyes, and it was almost like he were actually in the room with her.

"Yes," Astra replied, and for once, she didn't resist. She was just as curious as Ren was. This girl was incredibly important! Astra couldn't let her slip between her fingers; she could defeat the First Order if not taken down soon.

"We will not be defeated," Ren's figure slowly became more apparent as he replied aggressively from across the room.

"I didn't say we would be," Astra stared at his translucent body, pondering about what would come from tonight's training.

"You thought about it," Ren sneered, and even though Astra couldn't see the entirety of his face, she could tell he was grinning.

"Oh get out of my head!" Astra joshed, as she threw her arms in the air. Ren's figure vanished in an instant, and Astra was left alone with her thoughts once more.

She took a deep breath in, and took a seat by the fireplace. She stared blankly at the wall contemplating her training again.

Astra sensed a connection with the girl as well, but it wasn't quite the same as the connection she felt with the force.

The girls face looked so familiar. Her hair, her skin, her voice, it was all a fever dream. Astra couldn't stop herself from asking a million questions that no one could possibly ever answer.

This girl meant something to the both of them, and it was up to Astra and Ren to find the answers to the many questions she held.

...

No more than an hour had passed when Astra received a sound at the door. The sound startled her as she hopped off the couch, and went to greet whomever was there for her.

When the doors opened, a droid appeared at her feet carrying a small tray of food, and a garment bag.

The tailor sure is fast!

Astra thought, as she gingerly grabbed the food, and the clothing from the droid.

She quickly finished her meal before eventually opening her new attire.

It wasn't exactly what she had imagined, but it was definitely an improvement to anything she had ever worn before.

The outfit was a deep V-neck cut, long sleeved top that tightly hugged her torso. The cuffs of the top slightly flared out towards her wrists, but the rest was an incredibly tight fit. It flattered her upper body wonderfully.

A belt was fashioned around the waist of her top, and beneath the belt the top flared out, and cascaded like a dress down to Astra's ankles.

There was a pair of tightly fitted pants, and a tall pair of laced boots that reached just below her kneecaps when worn. The outfit also included a long cape that fastened itself perfectly around Astra's narrow shoulders.

The outfit was all black, and it fit outrageously well on Astra's body. She looked stunning.

The garment bag also contained an assortment of socks, and a pair of silk pajamas. All of which were coloured black. Astra could clearly tell that Ren had a say in the design of the pajamas. They were tight, short, and somewhat revealing. Astra definitely fancied them.

Once Astra had dressed, she knew there was no point in staying inside the room. She thought she might as well explore the rest of the ship since she really didn't have a chance to see much of it while being a stormtrooper. When she left, she could sense something beginning to shift.

She felt discomfort, and unease. Something was off, and she could feel it. As she rounded what felt like her millionth corner, she was stopped by a commanding trooper.

"Halt! Rebel scum!" The trooper caught her attention quickly as she jumped with surprise.

"What?" Astra gasped, and before the trooper could even respond, Astra was stunned.
