Astra awoke hours later to the poking and prodding of medical robots sticking sharp metal needles into her arms.

"Wha- what the fuck?" Astra exclaimed as she lifted her sore body from the cushioned table she was left on. She no longer dawned her body armour. She was left with what was underneath. Black turtle neck, black pants, black socks. Basically the physical embodiment of "mom it's just a phase".

she surveyed the room, scanning each and every dormant medical table. She shooed the medical bots away and they obeyed. She continued to eye the room in hopes of an escape route.

"You're not going anywhere." A familiar robotic voice ripped through her mind. She inhaled sharply, and tuned around. Only to see nothing but an undecorated stainless steel wall.

"Where are you," Astra growled under her breath as she tightly gripped the edges of the table she sat upon.

"I'm am not there Astra, but you can hear me, yes?" The voice asked, but Astra was far from convinced.

"Where the fuck are you," she screeched, hoping off the table before frantically turning the entire medial bay upside down in search of him.

"Stop," he commanded. Astra froze against her will. Something pulled at her body, freezing it mid motion.

"Stop running from this, it's inevitable," Ren's voice echoed throughout her head giving her an incredible migraine. Except, it wasn't quite so. It was more annoying than it was painful. She didn't want any part of this.

"Please, just let me go," Astra pleaded, desperately trying to free herself from Ren's unbreakable force.

"Let me train you," Ren stated.
"You're strong with the force, I can feel it," he whispered.
"I know you feel it too," he added, before letting Astra fall to the ground with a large thump.

"I won't let you do anything of the sort," Astra grumbled through shaky breaths.

"I'm afraid you do not have a choice," Ren snarled, and with that final remark, the irrefutable brain numbing itch left Astra's head. Ren's voice dissipated in an instant. She was let go.

"I gotta get out of here," Astra whispered to herself before scanning the room once more. The bots took everything from her, even her shoes.

"There's been a disturbance in the medical bay, I'm on my way to do a full revise," a strong, masculine voice rung outside the large metal doors.

Oh god, not a guard

That meant she had to be close to the bridge. Maybe if she snuck out quickly, and made a run for it, she'd somehow find her way back to her small ,cramped quarters that housed the other troopers.

Without another second to spare, the doors shot open, and in walked an imperial guard. Astra snuck out behind him without making a single sound. Astra sped around a corner, and straight down a long black tiled hallway. Every last corridor of this ship looked the same, she had no idea where she was.

After running, and twisting past imperial guards and troopers, Astra was exhausted. She was determined to find her chambers, but something quickly caught her off guard.

The usual ambiance of the ship was replaced with the ear splitting sound of her excessive heart beat. It was so loud in fact that she didn't even hear the incredibly staunch and familiar male voice mumbling to himself down the hallway. She didn't recognize the sound until after she had accidentally rammed herself at full speed into this innocent bystander.

Except this was no innocent man.

"Hey!" He screamed bitterly before ultimately meeting his demise. Astra ran straight into his torso, toppling over him and landing straight down on his chest.

"Oh my god," Astra exclaimed in fear before quickly scrambling off of the man. His fiery red hair caught her eye immediately. This was going to be an issue.

"Who do you think you are running around this ship like that!" He growled, promptly pushing her away from him. He was strong. His push was more like a punch, and Astra's arm could feel a bruise already starting to form.

"I- I'm so sorry General Hux, I was just trying-"

"I don't want to hear it," he cut her off coldly.

"I'm sorry," Astra apologized profusely, but Hux was in no mood. He studied her intently, assuming she may be an intruder or perhaps, a rebel spy.

"I was just speaking to Kylo Ren," Astra smiled half heartedly as she brushed a stray hair out of her face.

"Oh," the General cleared his throat. "I see," he finish. His expression changed every second. First, he was angry. Then he seemed puzzled, and now he looked almost embarrassed.

His face shifted once more into a confused expression. Hux examined Astra's attire closely. Fully clothed, yet she was incredibly out of breath and disheveled.

"I see Ren decided to take a more aggressive approach for tonight," Hux replied, studying her body. She seemed to have been pushed around quite a bit. Her hair was a mess, and It was tangled in every which way. Not to mention how incredibly exhausted she looked.

"I'm just trying to get back to my quarters," Astra exclaimed. The General raised an eyebrow.

"Your what?" He inquired, clearly bewildered by this statement.

"I'm a stormtrooper!" Astra laughed nervously, hoping Hux would go easy on her, and send her away to her chambers.

"Goodness," the General scoffed as he placed a hand on his temples.

"Yeah, we were just-"

"I do not want to hear about what the two of
you were doing," Hux sighed and dropped his arms to his sides.

"We just-"

"I believe you should be on your way to your quarters now," Hux cut her off coldly, yet she found his voice oddly enjoyable to listen to. Maybe she was just starstruck at the sight of such an honoured general.

"Yes, thank you General," Astra croaked softly. Hux nodded but did not move. He looked at Astra curiously, but his observations were different than how he looked at her moments before. He seemed to be enticed by her presence. His eyes were no longer judgmental. They now held a look of pure childlike curiosity.

"May I ask for your operating number?" Hux asked fruitily, cocking his head to the side ever so slightly. Astra was hesitant to give it up. Hux was known for being incredibly gruesome to those who disobeyed. Astra knew she'd be in a greater pile of trouble if she didn't give her number up. She had no choice but to say it.

"Oh, um yeah," Astra stuttered, "it's AT-283, but my name is Astra," she replied.

Hux nodded once more and straightened the collar of his uniform, indicating that he was ready to let this conversation end.

"Well, farewell for now, Astra," he replied and strode past her small frame. Astra didn't reply, she just continued her journey back to her quarters.
