Third person pov

"Why can't we go with her?" Ron asked his mother.

"Fred and George along with Peter and Y/n all lost a close friend... I think they need to have a chat about it now that Y/n is more comfortable with talking about it." Mrs. Weasley said softly.

"Do you think She'll be okay with talking about it?" Hermione asked while petting Crookshanks.

"I think we'll have to see. But I think she is going to have a rough couple of nights." Mrs. Weasley stated.

"How well did she know the boy?" Tonks asked.

"From what we know they were dating for a while, the closest of friends, them along with Pete, Fred and George had their own group, it'll be different without Cedric." Mrs. Weasley told Tonks. The twins and Peter stayed silent so far.

"I know that Cedric, Peter, Fred and George helped her a lot third year when Harry, Hermione and I were less than good friends."  Ron said.

"She was going through a lot and we just pushed her away." Hermione said looking down.

"Yeah, but she never gave up on Peter, always out every full moon, coming back bloodied and tired." Fred added patting Peter on the back.

"Well a few nights she could've gotten herself killed out there for me." Peter states.

"Still, you should've heard how she defended werewolves against Professor Snape." Ron said remembering her having to stay after class.

"I would quite like to Ron." Lupin spoke up. Making Ron turn red.

"Pete how long did it take for her side to heal?" Lupin asked making Hermione look down knowing what he did and how guilty he felt.

"Remus it really doesn't matter-" Hermione said trying to comfort him.

Y/n pov

"What doesn't matter?" You asked walking back in with your case.

"We'll talk about it in a minute." Remus said. He made a gesture to go up stairs with Sirius leading, you brought your case up with you.

"I know if I were you, I would be angry too." Sirius said, you felt like he understood but you were still mad Peters father can't get away with that.

"Great, so what's the problem?" You asked following Remus and Sirius up the many steps.

"Do something like that and the ministry will throw you in Azkaban or have you killed." Remus explained.

"So?" You asked turning to them.

"Y/n you can't be for real here, you could be killed." Sirius said again as if you didn't understand.

"I should've been! I should've left Harry and Cedric for dead and taken the cup so that he would've lived, I promised him-" You were cut off by Peter.

"You can't protect everyone." Peter reminded you.

"Obviously! If I could've then my father would be here! Cedric would be alive and my sister would be dead or in a cell!" You shouted. Not noticing the hot tears that had rolled down your cheeks.

"Y/n..." Fred said softly. "We know this may be hard but we need to ask... what happened to Cedric?" He asked.

You gulped and sighed wiping your eyes.

"Let's find the room first so we can just sit down." You said lightly.

Sirius led you to a nice room, it wasn't huge but wasn't small, it was simple, dusty but not too bad it had two chairs and of course the bed. You told them to take a seat, Peter sat on the bed the twins took the chairs, Sirius sat next to Peter having heard this story and Remus stood by you. You sighed as you put down your case and closed the door.
