Chapter ten - The List

Y/n pov

With Moody being here for dinner Fred and George were planning to bring up joining the order again which they did.

"I said no." Molly said clearly annoyed by her son's antics.

"Why not?" George asked using magic to pour him some tea.

"It's dangerous. And I'm your mother." She argued.

"Why can't I join then?" You asked.

"You're too young." Molly stated.

"When I am seventeen, I believe you'll see differently." You told her knowing you were strong. And by year seven you'd be strong enough to kill him.

"Y/n, I suggest you don't worry about the order." Remus told you.

"I'm smarter than you think." You said trying to get your spot.

"Listen kid, you don't understand what's going on." Moody said from his corner of the room.

"Don't I now?" You asked with a smirk. You caught Peter shaking his head with a smile knowing you were about to rant. "Dumbledore is spying on the ministry, using people like Kingsley, Arthur and Fletcher to feed him information, and, no doubt trying to see what the Ministry and esteemed minister, know and aren't letting out," You paused for breath. "Voldemort didn't count on me or Harry getting information of his return back to Dumbledore. Voldemort is scared, if we can find him now is the best time to attack him, he's vulnerable, running about trying to be discrete, but he knows Dumbledore is on his tail, it will be easy for him to make rash decisions and mistakes, even with as calculated as he is." You explained calmly.

"Y/n." Molly said harshly.

"Am I wrong?" You asked. Standing up.

"You're too smart for your own good." Remus stated looking around at the table.

"So, I am right... And on top of everything he has to find me, Harry and Dumbledore, I'm assuming Harry has not been left unguarded. Plus, my sister is no doubt trying to find everyone on her dumb list!" You sighed pacing in thought.

"What list!?" Remus asked and you stopped and looked around the room. You turned red. Moody made sure to get everyone who wasn't an order member out of the room minus you. The next thing you knew more order members were there including Snap and Kingsley.

"Explain." Moody said his magic eye on you. You sighed.

"I did some exploring of my house, for my sister gave away a bit much not expecting my escape. I found old compartments, it's where she helped Voldemort and made plans. I found this." You pulled out a piece of parchment with names and names. You handed it to Lupin.

"It's called 'important names', top of the list with stars beside them are, Myself, Harry, Dumbledore, Sirius, Severus, Bellatrix Lestrange, Lucius Malfoy, Barty Crouch, who's name has been scratched off, and, my father who's name also has been scratched off." You paused and looked at Lupin who looked up at you upon reading the list, he was surprised you had memorized this. Remus handed it over to Moody. "This leads me to believe it's a kill list, but Bellatrix and Lucius are loyal death eaters and her intent and the intent of Voldemort was never to kill me, so unless she planned to disobey him, I don't understand why all theses names are up there." You explained.

"When were you planning on mentioning this?" Sirius asked.

"I wasn't. I was planning to go after everyone on this list first, find my sister, if I knew why she wanted them, I could find her." You said knowing it was dumb but if they hadn't brought you here then you would've been after you sister already.
