The sisters returned to the group and saw Bunny's face suddenly light up. Stardust turns to Jack. "Hey, nice save, Snowman." Y/N covered her mouth, visibly holding in giggles. Jack looked at Y/N with a raised eyebrow then turned to Stardust with a chuckle. "What'd you just call me?" Stardust giggles then clears her throat, her nerves getting to her. "Uh, Snowman? Because, because..well, y-you know." She stumbles with her words as Jack just chuckled at her. He ruffles her hair with a grin on his lips. "I know Starry. I'm just messing with you." Stardust let out a sarcastic laugh. "Funny. Yeah, s-so Jack..please do remember that I have the ability to manipulate your mind n-next time you feel like messin' with me." Y/N sneaks up to Jack and ruffles his hair. "Hey, you!" Y/N smiled then ran off. "Oh, she wants a race? Not a smart idea to race against Jack Frost, snowflake." He spoke more to himself than to Stardust. "Talk to you later, Starry. I got me a snowflake to catch." And he was off. "Aaaannd, they're gone. Oki.." Stardust begins walking in the direction the pair raced off in. She admires the scenery as she walks. "I can't believe this place exists. It's fucking gorgeous."

<<moments later in the fucking gorgeous Warren>>

If you look close enough, you could see flowers opening to reveal eggs in the center of them. An egg stands up wobbly on its spindly little legs after hopping out of a flower that Bunny and Sophie were staring at. Sofie looks on, amazed, while Bunny looks on with pride. "You wanna paint some eggs? Yeah?" "Okay!" "Come on then!" Thousands of unpainted eggs stream down sides of the Warren toward a green meadow. North, Jack and Y/N stand in the midst of it all, slack-jawed, as the eggs rush towards them. "Rimsky Korsakov! That's a lot of eggs." Y/N swings her legs as she sits on a stone next to Jack, watching with awe. "Wow." Jack chuckles from atop his staff. "Uh, how much time do we have?" Y/N giggles with bright multi-colored eyes. "I, I feel like I'm on Acid." Jack almost lost his balance as he laughed at Y/N's comment. In the green meadow, Sofie shouts out joyously as she clings to Bunny's back. "Woooohoooo!" Bunny shouts as he races through the floral path with a smiling Sofie on his back, leading a huge mass of eggs down the wide path. As he passes, flowers bloom on either side in his wake, blasting the passing eggs with color as they go. "Alright troops, it's time to push back. That means eggs! Everywhere!" At the sorting stones, North looks out over the eggs as they get sorted. Stardust floats mid-air next to him using her powers. "No offense North, b-but.." She turns to him with glowing pink/red eyes. "I think Easter is my new favorite holiday." He laughed. "No, it is alright, Star. I wouldn't tell that to Bunny though, he might marry you for saying that." She suddenly got flustered, then laughed nervously. "Ye-Yeah..that would be troublesome." She cleared her throat, gracefully landing on a stone next to North, avoiding eye contact. He focused on the eggs as they came rushing towards them while her powers faded away, her eyes going back to normal. She looks on, amazed. "This is..unreal." North shouts to the eggs. "Single file!" Sofie, on her back, is carried by the eggs through the sorting stones. She giggles as North waves at her while she passes by. Bunny's voice can be heard throughout the year-round Spring Warren. "Heaps of you in every high-rise, farm house and trailer park!" Baby Tooth flies across high above, over seeing a multi-colored stream off in the distance. "In tennis shoes and cereal bowls!" Baby Tooth joins an elf, who stands alongside an egg at the edge of a cliff. The elf pushes the egg over the cliff, into the stream, and celebrates with a victory dance. "Oh, there will be bathtubs filled with my beautiful googies!" The elf turns just in time to see a stampede of colored eggs come barreling toward him. They knock him off the cliff as he and the eggs spill into the multi-colored stream below. Colored eggs wade through the sparkling water, emerging with secondary colors and intricate patterns of all kinds. An unlucky egg veers off and gets stuck in a whirlpool. A rather large hand fishes it out to reveal North, who looks at the egg curiously. It's now got a spiral pattern on it and it's little legs kick madly. "Okay, that's little strange." Stardust stands right next to him, staring up at the egg in his hand with the same facial expression. "Uh-huh.." She mumbles softly, agreeing with North's comment. "Naw, mate..." North and Stardust look over to see Bunny surrounded by butterflies and cute little eggs. "That's adorable." Stardust blushes and looks away shyly, embarrassed. As a technicolored elf climbs out of the stream, North sets the egg down and lets it rejoin the herd. While Stardust was distracted by the high looking technicolored elf, Bunny races over and grabs her by the wrist, earning a surprised squeak from her. He races to a high set mossy grassed stone as he tossed Stardust onto his back. With widened blue/grey eyes, she immediately wraps her arms around his neck, blushing even brighter now. He smirks as he races off to his destination with a flustered Stardust clinging to him. They come to Sofie leading a parade of eggs and as Bunny jumps to an adjacent rock, Stardust dangles from him just hiding her face in his fur. He chuckles at her then addresses the eggs as they walk in stride. Meanwhile, Jack rides atop a group of sentinel eggs with his arm wrapped around Y/N's waist, that are marching in the back ground. "There will be springtime! On every continent! And I'm bringing hope with me!" A line of eggs run down curled vines as yetis sprinkle them with glitter. They continue on down various vine corkscrew-like shoots, decorating the eggs with stripes. A confused elf emerges from the vines, striped with paint and drunkenly walks off. The elf then walks past a yeti, painting a mound of eggs red. Bunny zips past with a still flustered Stardust on his back. "Too Christmas-y, mate, paint 'em blue." The yeti tosses its arms up in defeat and tosses the eggs. "Aster, that wasn't nice. I mean, I get it, I do, but come on. He just wanted to help." He comes to a halt. "Oof!" Stardust jolts forward a bit then huffs. He chuckled as she let go of him and walked to stand next to him. He bends down to her eye-level, and she can barely hold eye contact with him due to her nerves as he stares at her with a smirk. Her face reddens as bright as her hair. "My Warren my rules, love, right?" They just stared at each other, Stardust's face reddening as she read his mind. He continued to think she had no idea how much he wanted to kiss her right then and there. Bunny reluctantly turned away from her and noticed a beautifully painted egg hiding in the grass. Noticing Sofie approaching, he turned to Stardust with another smirk. "We'll finish this later, yeah?" He leaves her a flustered mess, speechless. Bunny crouches down to Sofie. "Oh, what's over there?" Sofie walks up to him, spots the egg, and runs over to it, delicately lifting it out of the grass. She holds it close to admire the intricate detail of its shell. Sofie brings the egg to Bunny for him to inspect. "That's a beauty!" Bunny takes Sofie by the hand and leads her through a stone archway. "Now all we gotta do is get him and his little mates through the tunnels, to the top, and we'll have ourselves Easter." Streams of colored eggs are everywhere, gradually moving towards the tunnels. Bunny glanced at Stardust as he and Sofie passed by, who was slowly getting over her flustered state. She looked back to him, red faced. "Wa-Wait, wait..f-finish what later?" He just chuckled in response then looks out proudly at the eggs gathered in front of the tunnels in the distance. Stardust stands right beside him, looking on with amazement. "It's so unbelievably beautiful here, Aster." He looks up at her with a proud smile. "Thank you, love. You have that in common with my Warren." He chuckled, seeing her reaction, knowing he got her flustered again right after she got over it the first time not too long ago. She didn't trust her voice, so she just directed her attention to the ground, too bashful to look at Aster at the moment. Jack with Y/N on his arm approached from behind and made their way alongside Bunny, who holds Sofie in his arms. Y/N smiles at Bunny. "This place is unbelievable, Bunny." She looks forward with bright eyes. "Before I knew the truth about you guys, I never would've guessed that this is how Easter is done. It's, it's a spectacular sight, really." Jack grins at her then looks at Bunny in a somewhat serious manner. "Not bad." Sofie yawns and begins to fall asleep. Bunny turns to Jack with a smile. "Not bad yourself." Y/N grins and looks up to Stardust, taking notice of her sisters reddened face. "Yo, did, did you hear that? Your boyfriend just complimented Frosty." Stardust stifles a giggle, Bunny taking notice that his crush didn't deny what Y/N said about him being her boyfriend. "And..." Y/N looked at Jack with a small smile on her colorful lips. "Frosty here would like to say somethin' to you, Bunny. Right, Jack?" He gave her a look and she nudged him. "Okay, alright..." He turned to Bunny after teasingly smiling at Y/N. "Look, I'm sorry about that whole, you know, the "kangaroo" thing." Y/N smiled, pleased. "And, I-I'm sorry too Bunny. I didn't mean to offend you with our little rabbit nickname references. We tease you because we like you." Bunny smiles at Y/N as she gives him a goofy smile in return. He lets out a chuckle then nods at Jack. "It's the accent, isn't it?" Both girls giggled at this as North comes up from behind with Tooth at his side. They turn toward Bunny, marveling at the sight of Sofie, fast asleep. It's a touching moment for the three Guardians. Bunny's face softens, as if remembering a distant memory. Stardust felt a pain in her whole being as she sensed this, feeling the sadness radiating off him. Stardusts's eyes water as a tear slips from her eye. She straightens up and quickly wipes it away before anyone noticed. "Ah, poor little ankle-biter. Look at her, all tuckered out." Tooth sits close to Bunny, admiring Sofie's sleeping form. "I love her!" They look up from the sleeping toddler toward Jack. Y/N whispered to him, smiling. "You taught them something today, Jack." Tooth then smiles softly and flitters up off the ground. "I think it's time to get her home." Bunny hands the sleeping child to Tooth. "How about I take her home?" "Jack, no! Pitch is-" "-no match for this." Jack cuts Tooth off, standing up and twirling his staff. Stardust speaks up, moving to stand in front of Jack. "Um, are you, are you being serious right now? Pitch could destroy you, ergo, losing one more Guardian, ergo, leading to Pitch not being defeated, ergo, all the kids of the world stop believing a-and the world devolves into chaos!" Jack looks down for a moment, taking in the red head Guardians' words. Bunny rises from his crouching position and stands close to Stardust, putting a paw on her shoulder. "She's right, mate. Which is why we need you here, with us." Y/N looks up at Jack anxiously, awaiting his answer. Whatever he'd choose to do, Y/N would stand by him and follow him to wherever. The other Guardians look at Jack with concern. "Jack..?" He looked down at his crush and smiled, showing his perfect teeth. She blushes but smiles back at him, despite her heart racing in her chest. Jack looks back to face the Guardians with confidence. "Trust me, I'll be quick as a bunny." Y/N blinked once, then gave him a look. "Did you..did you just make two puns there?" He grins down at her, patting her head. "Yes, yes I did." He turns to Tooth, who hands him Sofie gently. Before they leapt off, Y/N turned to the group. "Don't start Easter without us! We'll be back!" Y/N turned and grabbed Jack's staff as he leapt off and flew through the air, her leaving the scene with a quick salute before being swept off her feet into the air. Baby Tooth tweeted and quickly followed, trailing behind Jack. Y/N looked up and smiled at the mini Tooth. "Frosty! Y-You should sweep me off my feet more often!" The technicolored girl shouted to Jack as he continued to lead them to Burgess. He chuckled then turned to give her one of his signature smirks. After a while of smooth flying, Y/N decided to question their decision as they flew through Michigan. She spoke up in a soft tone. "Jack, what if..what if we do..end up running into trouble, per se..Pitch? We..what if we screw this up?" He looked at her softly, a warm smile appearing on his lips. "We won't, snowflake. I promise. Trust me, alright Y/N Trust?" She scoffed then giggled in a split second, unable to be mad at him. "Plus, I'm your Guardian, remember? I'll protect you, Y/N." She couldn't help but get lost in his mesmerizing blue eyes. He turned to face forward, not wanting her to see his reddened face. Baby Tooth looked between them, and rolled her eyes, knowing someone should've made a move by now. Y/N was speechless the rest of the flight, just as beat red, if not, more so than Jack. As they arrived in Burgess, Y/N couldn't help but think how much Baby Tooth reminded her of Stardust. Jack swiftly flies through one of the Bennetts residence's windows. Luckily, it was the right one. Y/N tries to quietly hop onto the floor from the windows ledge, grasping Jack's staff. She stumbles a bit with her landing, causing the floorboards to creak slightly. Baby Tooth squeaks and shushes the vibrant, neon girl. Y/N laughs nervously and shrugs a bit as she speaks in a hushed tone. "S-Sorry, Baby Tooth. My first time sneaking back into the house." Baby Tooth just looked at her, unamused. Y/N giggled quietly. "Not much o-of a comic relief, are you?" She huffed then flew over to Jack, who was struggling with the sleeping toddler. He tries to lay her down in her bed, but she won't let go of his neck. Y/N watches with amusement in her eyes as she holds Jack's staff casually. Finally, she releases her grasp only to roll over and fall out of bed. Baby Tooth gives Jack a scornful look while Y/N covers her mouth, going into a fit of muffled giggles. She knows Sofie's alright, she's clumsy 24/7 and her body has adapted over the years. Y/N quiets her giggling and gasps, hearing her mom shout out to the messy haired child. "Sofie? Is that you?" Jack, Y/N and Baby Tooth's eyes widen as they all simultaneously look in the same direction. Sofie, asleep on the floor, is quickly covered with a blanket by Jack. "Oh, wait!" Before they left out Sofies window, Y/N turned and quickly grabbed a toy of Sofie's. She sat the squeaky stuffed animal next to her sleeping little sister, taking a moment to smile at her before leaving her home and family once again. "Goodnight, Sof. Imma get Sandy back with my fellow Guardian friends and you'll have your wonderful dreams again. I promise." Baby Tooth smiled then looked to Jack, seeing him stare at Y/N with both sadness and admiration in his eyes. He turned to Baby Tooth as Y/N slowly made her way back to the window. "We're going to get Sandy back and defeat Pitch." Baby Tooth nodded at him as Y/N approached, sighing as she looked down and hugged herself, feeling sadness take over. She glances up at Jack, who was already looking at her with concern. He immediately and wordlessly tightly embraced her, wrapping his arms around her securely. She took in a shaky breath and closed her eyes, burying her face in his chest. Baby Tooth let the two have their moment. Jack spoke up, the tone in his voice stern and serious, all that he was wanting was for his snowflake's happiness to be everlasting. "We will win, Y/N. We will defeat Pitch. And we will get Sandy back. I...I promise, snowflake. I promise you." The moons light shined down on them, as if Manny was saying "Every little thing's gonna be alright.".
