"You sure about this?" Ryder asks me while looking down at his phone
I nod "I mean the idiots mightn't even understand the posts but at least we tried" I joke
I look down at our phones once more. Ryder and I decided the easiest way to tell people about the baby was just to post on our socials. We decided instead of directly posting a picture of me and the bump we'd use pictures we took of us when we were babysitting Oliver yesterday
I was posting a picture of Ryder and Oli while he posted one of me and Oli both of us using the caption 'not long before we have one of our own #almost5months'
"Ready?" He asks
I nod "as I'll ever be" I press the post button on the top right corner before putting my phone down on the window. Ryder does the same and we go back to painting. We decided on painting the nursery a light grey because neither of us wanted to know the gender of the baby.
"How's Sean?" I ask after a few minutes
"He's good, Molly seems to be keeping him pretty happy lately"
"Oh yeah, you never told me what you knew last week" I turn towards him
"I met Molly the first day Sean went into hospital, I told him to wake up because his nurse was his type" he smirks "I was right as always"
Realisation dawns on me "that's why he said you got your type pregnant, he heard you"
Ryder nods "hence how he knew you were pregnant"
After a few seconds I yawn and Ryder crosses his arms "go get some rest Tal, I'll finish up in here"
I shake my head "I need to go meet Emily and mom at five"
"Even the more reason for you to get some sleep" he says "I'll wake you up in an hour then"

"Hey sweetie" mom says as I walk over to the table she's sitting at with Emily in a local cafe
"Hey" I say sitting down
