"Joan! There's more reporters at the door!" His wife yelled. "What should I do?!""Well don't answer it!" He yelled back, sipping his coffee at the table.
It had been like this for a while now. More and more reporters are showing up to ask why you weren't on the news lately. Asking if you've even been coming into work, which you haven't been.
"Mister Joan?" A small female voice came through the hallway.
Joan looked up from his laptop to see the little girl come out of the darkly lit hallway. She wore a small short red plaid skirt with her black tank top. He smiled at her, the only one in this little town that he could actually tolerate besides you and his wife.
"Yes, little one?" He asked, seeing the girl come up to him.
"Can we go outside today?" She asked, hands going behind her. "Maybe go somewhere...?"
His wife finally went out the door, beginning to scream at the reporters and tell them to leave so that she could go to work. Joan stared at the young girl and stood up from the chair he was sitting in. She stepped back, knowing what the man could do to her if he truly wanted to.
"Baby girl, you know we don't let you go outside." He said, "who knows what the people would do to you out there!"
"But! T-the Barrier has been b-broken for almost three years n-now!" She stepped back again. "Maybe they won't even recognize-"
"YOU'RE NOT GOING OUTSIDE, NOELLE!" Joan interjected.
She stumbled back, falling onto her small tail. Joan glowered down at the monster, then his glare retreated into a soft smile. He held out his hand, and she took it, helping her up to her small hooves.
"I'm sorry, baby girl~" he said, pulling her in close. "Why don't I make it up to you, hmm?~"
The monster squeaked, feeling his hot breath on her neck. Now that his wife had left the house, they were alone, and Joan made sure that she never said anything to his wife about their time alone. She was almost eighteen, but that had never stopped him before.
He knew what people would say; that he was perverted, a pedophile, scum of the earth. However that kind of dangerous consequences were what kept him going. The rush of getting caught kept his adrenaline high, willing to make more and more wrong doings. His wife didn't even know what he did.
You would never have decided to work with him if he knew about what happened twenty years ago. Your beautiful young sister begging him to get off, to leave her alone, calling for help. It was just.... so intoxicating to him.... younger bodies just made him feel like he could be in control...
"M-mister J-Joan..." Noelles tiny voice rang through his ears. "P-please n-no.."
"What was that, baby doll?" He began nipping at her fragile neck. "Sounded like you told me 'no' for a second. Have you forgotten what I've done for you...?"
He had found the orphaned monster five years after Chara fell. Laying near the rotting corpses of her mother and father. Some monsters must have escaped the combat for a couple years, then hunted down by some humans. He took her in and raised her, and did unspeakable things to her.
"M-mister Joan..." she mumbled. "P-please not today... I-I'm still s-sore..."
"Are you sure?~" he breathed into the soft fur in her neck. "I can make you feel sooooo good, baby girl~"
She shook her head, trying her best to hold in ANYTHING that sounded like it could be taken lewdly. He let go of her, pushing her away, causing her to stumble back again towards the hall.
"Then go to your room." He said annoyed, sitting back down in his chair. "I don't want to look at your face for the rest of the day, sweetheart."
She turned around and ran for the hallway, turning into the small room she called her own. All of the walls and furniture were bright baby pink. Her bed had a little princess canopy over it, and her dresser consisted of short skirts and tank tops.
She went to the tinted window on the other side of the room. She never would have even thought about telling Joan that she had figured out how to open it. She wasn't even supposed to be seen. However there was one monster in the town who knew about her whereabouts.
Noelle carefully pulled out the pins on the hinges and opened the window. She looked out towards the side of the house that stood in front of her, the neighbors house.
"S-Suzy...?" She whispered loudly. "Y-you home...?"

You walked around the room, going back and forth through the living room. Thinking to yourself about how you were going to make sure that everything was going to be okay.
How on earth were you going to do that? Suzy could help you, Gaster, Sans, and Alphys fix the Void Connecter. However in order to do that, you would need Gaster awake, and Chara here to take back her determination.
"F-Frisk, I really would like to stay," Suzy cut your train of thought. "But I really should be heading home..."
You swung your head to meet her face, fear laced throughout her golden eyes. You knew that she had just learned about alternate universes, but why did she look so panicked?
"What's wrong?" You asked calmly.
"J-just stuff at home, I'm fine!" She tried to pass you.
"Woah woah woah!" Susie shouted "Is this about dad?"
The other monster tilted her head in confusion, obviously not knowing what she was talking about. Susie stepped in front of the front door, not allowing her alternate self to leave.
"Dad? What about dad?" Suzy asked, then the sudden realization on her face when she resaw the scar on Susie's right eye. "Oh... uh, no it's not dad."
"Then why the look of fear?" Susie asked, still blocking the door.
You had to admit, even though she didn't ever act like it, Susie was pretty smart. She knew how to settle things peacefully, even though she'd blame most of that behaviour on Kris. She knew how to tell if something was bothering another person, and would even give some pretty good advice.
That was part of the reason you had started talking to her about problems. Some of it has to do with the fact that she was cooped up in the house the whole day by herself, but still.
"I don't know if it's the same in your world." Suzy said. "It probably isn't, because of the war."
"Can you just tell us?" Susie asked, a lot politer than you would have first initially thought. "If it has something to do with you and some other monster or something, you know that we both can help."
Susie gestured towards you, and you have a rather soft wave and smile her way. She smiled back, and looked back at her alternate version, eyes pleading for an answer.
"Fine..." Suzy said. "It's about Noelle..."

"Chara, can we just forget about it...?" Ryan asked, standing beside the bed. "It never happened, okay?"
"That's the thing, Ryan! It did happen." She screamed. "AND NOW, I feel like absolute-"
She clutched onto her stomach again, a small bit of pain returning to her lower abdomen. Ryan stuck out his arms to make sure she stayed steady.
"Crap..." Chara said. "He doesn't like that..."
"Chara... Be honest with me.." Ryan said, placing his hand onto her shoulder. "Are you.... pregnant...?"
