Waking up early was a routine so I was used to it. I got up and took off all my stuff from the night before and took a quick shower. I let my hair air dry and walked into the kitchen. It seemed like my parents weren't here so I just grabbed a quick banana and headed outside.

I walked out to see the boys waiting per usual but they were facing a different way talking to someone. It was Geo.

"heyy" I said interrupting their conversations and giving him a small hug.

"Hey smalls" he stated blushing a bit.

I saw all the boys and they looked annoyed. I just smiled and said my good mornings to them.

"So uh why are you here" I politely asked Geo.

"I came to let you know I will be picking you up tonight at 6 for our little date. It's at the local fair" he gushed.

"You mean ask, she's not your puppet" Mattia hissed.

I gave him an annoyed look and turned my attention back to Geo.

"I'll be ready" I smiled and walked off with the boys following me.

"What was that about Mattia?" I questioned.

He just ignored me and walked off to the Sandlot.

I was slightly irritated but brushed it off and started walking with the boys.

"So how was your morning" I asked all of them.

"All right until he showed up" whispered Mattia.

I acted as if i didn't hear him and listened to the others reply with "alright" or "fine".

We finished our normal day of playing ball at around 4. Everyone gathered and talked for a while.

"Yo you guys wanna go to the fair tonight too" Alvaro asked.

The boys all nodded, even Mattia.

"Woah woah woah, you all are not going to ruin my date got it" I replied.

"Of course not smalls, now lets get going so we can get ready" spoke Ale.

We walked to our neighbourhood and agreed that they would leave at 6 as well. They were gonna walk in their group while I walked with Geo.

I walked inside to see my parents watching tv in the dining room. I rushed and gave them hugs and asked if I could go out tonight with the "boys". I would have told her about Geo but I figured the less she knows the better. Too many questions would have been asked.
They said yes and I went upstairs to take a quick shower. After that I blow-dryed my hair and straightened it. I chose a cute little outfit that consisted of a grey long sleeve shirt and long blue jeans. I plopped matching grey clips in my hair and threw on black socks, along with shiny red lip gloss. When I was done with all of that, I still had time to spare considering it was 5:35 so I checked out my window to see the boys passing around a baseball in the circle street that centered our neighborhood. I guess they were waiting for a few of the boys (Alvaro and Robert) to get ready. I jogged outside and asked if I could join.

"Damn smalls you look snazzy" Kairi said.

"ew don't ever use snazzy in a sentence again" I laughed.

We were all passing the ball around when i noticed Mattia looking at me. Once i got the ball I threw it to him in order to surprise him. It worked. He jumped a bit but played it off. I giggled under my breath and I spotted him giving me a small smile.

Soon Alvaro ran out with Robert and apologized for how long it took them.

"Just on time" I spoke out.

"You're still here smalls? It's 6:25" Robert said interested in why I hadn't left.

"Oh well, Geo must have forgot, he's probably waiting for me at the fair" I said hopefully.

"...ok, let's go then" Roshaun let out.

We started in the direction of the fair but i was nervous and confused to as why he didn't come get me as promised. I shrugged it off and made conversation with my friends.
