Chapter 8

Gwen Stefani called me up to hangout with her today. Me and her became friends, more like best friends. Ever since I was on her team the last time before I got put on Pharrell's team, we got to know each other more and we became fast friends. She is like a sister to me that I always wanted. I told Adam that I was going to hangout with Gwen and I said goodbye to him and left.

Me and Gwen went to Starbucks together and got ourselves something to drink. After we got our drinks, we sat down at a table in the corner so nobody will notice Gwen with her glasses on. We both talked about our days.

"So how's you and Adam doing together?" Gwen asked and took a sip of her frappuccino.

"MeandAdamkissed!" I spoke too fast.

"What! Say that again but slowly!" Gwen laughed.

"So, Me and Adam kissed last night."

"Oh My Gosh! You and Adam kissed! Adam always had a crush on you ever since you walked on that stage. He never stops talking about you and I think it is the cutest thing ever!"

"But I don't know what the kiss means? Did he kiss me because he likes me and wants to be couple or just something else. I don't know, I feel the same way for him and I just can't tell him."

"You have to tell him sweetheart! Adam feels the same way for you. The way you look into each other's eyes and how you talk about one another. You two are both love sick puppies chasing for love. I can see it in both of you and you two love each other and you two just need to tell each other."

"But I don't know what to do? When Pharrell came over to Adam's house, he asked me to take me out to dinner with him."

"Oh, I think Pharrell has a little crush on you too. Oooooo, Rosalyn you little devil you!"

"What! It's not my fault that I am too sexy and they want all of this!" Me and Gwen both started laughing. After we were done with our coffees, we went to the mall and went shopping. After the mall, Gwen drove to Adam's house and dropped me off and I gave her a hug and told her thank you and she left.

I walked in the house and Adam was sitting on the couch drinking some water.

"Hey beautiful, how was it with Gwen? What did you two do without me?" I sat down next to him and he wrapped his arm around me.

"Well Mr. Nosy pants, me and Gwen went to Starbucks and talked and we went to the mall and went shopping."

"Well that sounds fun but do you know what sounds better!"

"What?" I asked

"Me taking you to the beach! Beach Day!"

"That sounds Awesome! I never been to the beach before and this will be my first time! Yeah! Let's go!" I rushed to Adam's room and Adam rushed behind me. I grabbed my light green bikini and put it on in the bathroom and I fixed my hair in a bun and stepped out and saw Adam's butt moon me while he was putting on his swim trunks.

"Awww, I'm blinded! It's the moon, awwww, put it away, pull up your trunks Adam! I don't want to see your butt anymore!" I closed my eyes and I kept on blushing badly.

"Rosalyn don't pretend that you didn't love seeing the sight of my gorgeous butt. I know you loved it! I can see you blushing sweetheart." Then Adam walked by me and smacked my butt and walked to the bathroom and fixed his hair. Gosh, why does he make me feel this way every time he is around me? We grabbed our things and got into Adam's car and drove to the beach.

We arrived at the beach, I found a nice spot not too close to the water. I sat down our towels and the umbrella and laid down. I rubbed sunscreen on my body so I wouldn't get sunburned since I have white skin and I can easily get burned. Adam laid down on the towel and asked me to rub sunscreen on him. I put sunscreen on my hand and rubbed it on his chest and I could feel the harden of his abs. I traced over all his tattoos with the sunscreen. I got his back and his face because I didn't want that beautiful face of his to get burnt.

After laying in the sun for a little bit, Adam walked over to the water and got in and waved for me to get in with him. I shook my head no and Adam started pretending to drown.

"Help Rosalyn, Help Me, Oh Help Me Rosalyn, I am drowning." I got up and giggled and ran into the water and Adam wasn't there and he came out of no where and pulled me down in the water with him. We both stood up and I pushed Adam down into the water. Adam got up and started chasing after me. I splashed water at him and he splashed water at me until we both had a little water fight between each other. After that was done, he pushed me in the water when I wasn't looking and I got up and chased after him on the beach. Suddenly, Adam tripped on his towel and he fell and took me down with him. I fell on top of him with my hands on either side of him. We both started laughing. After the laughing stopped, I tried to get up but Adam pulled me down and stared into my eyes and he leaned up and kissed me with his soft lips, slowly. He put his hands in my wet hair. He pushed himself and moved on top of me on my towel. We continued to kiss. My hands were pressed up against his chest. I moved my hands down his chest and I could feel his abs. We kept kissing until people were staring at us and talking amongst themselves. We both broke apart and Adam gave me a smirk. He got up and helped me up and walked to a changing room. I forgot to bring my clothes so I was stuck in my bikini. Suddenly, a bunch of paparazzi came running towards me. They came up to me and started asking questions about me and Adam. They must of saw me and Adam together just now. They asked questions like, "are you and Adam Levine a couple", "were you and Adam just kissing on the beach?" "Does he love you and do you love him?" I couldn't get away from them and I started freaking out. I heard Adam's voice in the distance yelling at the paparazzi. He pushed them away and grabbed my hand and dragged me away from them and we both ran to his car with our things and drove back to his house.

We got to the house, I ran to Adam's room and took a shower.
