Chapter 22

Today was the day where my two best friends, Kailey Smith and James Anderson, who are coming all the way from New York City to come and visit me. When I moved from my dad's, before I moved to Los Angles to be with my mom, I moved in with Kailey. I knew her parents and her when I was a little girl and we became friends and we also met James and we were all best friends. They took me in and let me stay with them. They were like a second family to me and I loved them dearly. When Kailey was 18, she bought her own house and moved out of her parents. I lived with her. Then, she started dating James. Their relationship was getting serious and James wanted to move in with Kailey, so he moved in with us. There wasn't enough room in the house for me or James so, I told them that I was moving to Los Angles to live with my mom and I left them. Now, I am so excited that they are coming over to visit after so many years. I couldn't wait for them to meet Adam in person and I know that Kailey is a huge fan of Maroon 5 and she actually got me interested in them.

"Come on Adam we have to go pick up my friends from the airport!" I ran to the car and jumped in the passengers seat.

"Okay Rosalyn I am coming!" Adam jumped in the car and drove off to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, me and Adam walked in and waited for Kailey and James. Suddenly, I heard two people yelling my name. I looked over and I saw Kailey and James running over to me. They both gave me a hug. I missed them so much!

"Guys I've missed you so much! It's good to see my two best amigos again!" We all laughed.

"I missed you Rosalyn! Why didn't you come and visit us in New York! You know we miss you and I would like to see my best friend's face and know what she has been doing?" Kailey asked with a smile.

"Yeah Rosy! We've missed you a lot!" James said and gave me hug.

"I'm sorry guys, I promise I will come to New York and visit but first let me and Adam help you with your luggage."

"Wait! Are you Adam Levine, THE ADAM LEVINE!" Kailey screamed(fangirling)

"Yes! And you must be Kailey, one of Rosalyn's best friends who I have heard so much about. It's nice to meet you!" Adam said and shook Kailey and Jame's hands. Kailey freaked out and I started laughing.

"OH MY GOSH! ADAM LEVINE KNOWS MY NAME! DID YOU HEAR THAT JAMES, ADAM LEVINE KNOWS MY NAME!" We all laughed. After we left the airport, we drove home and set James and Kailey's luggage in the spare bedroom. They were going to be staying with us for a couple of days. Me and Kailey sat in the living room while the boys were in the kitchen making dinner.

"Hey Rosalyn, can I tell you something?"

"Sure Kailey what is it?"

"Well, Me and James are getting married!"

"OH MY GOSH! CONGRATS! I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU TWO!" I hugged Kailey and tears were in both of our eyes. My two best friends getting married.

Adam's .P.O.V.

"Hey Adam, I was wondering if you can play at mine and Kailey's wedding on New Year's Eve?" James asked.

"Congrats man! Me and my band would love to play for you guys and it is a perfect chance to film your wedding for my new video, Sugar!" I said as I chopped up the vegetables for the salad.

"Does Rosalyn know that you two are getting married?"

"Kailey already told her the news right now!" I looked over and saw Rosalyn and Kailey hugging each with tears in their eyes.

"Umm... Hey Adam?"

"Yeah James."

"Do you plan on marrying my best friend, I mean Rosalyn?" I didn't know what to say. I love Rosalyn so much and she means everything to me and maybe just maybe, I want to marry her.

Rosalyn's .P.O.V.

After we finished dinner, all four of us sat in the living room watching NCIS(I love that show)

"Hey Kailey, do you and James want to come over to The Voice and watch me perform for the finale?"

"We would love to watch you perform Rosalyn! I want to see my best friend kick Team Adam's butt with her amazing voice! Cheering for you all the way girl. Go Team Blake!" Kailey cheered. She always knows how to put a smile on my face.

"Hey, I helped her as much as the other three coaches she had after me. Her boyfriend should deserve most of the credit for her amazing voice here!" Adam said and I wrapped my arms around him and kissed his lips.

"I Love you guys so much! I am determined to kick your team's butt tomorrow Mr. Levine."

"Not a chance Mrs. Hemsworth!" Adam kissed my nose and I giggled.

After the conversation, we all went to bed because tomorrow was a very important day for me and Adam.
