Chapter 26

After staying in New York City for a couple of days with my two best friends, me and Adam took a plane back to Los Angles. We all had fun together and it was the best day of my life and Adam seemed to have fun to. He liked my two friends and they seemed to be friends too so I was glad. I couldn't wait for their wedding which was in New York in Central Park. I was Kailey's maid of honor and Adam was Jame's second best man and was also performing for their wedding since Kailey loves Maroon 5 so much!

I sat down on the couch watching my favorite TV show. Adam came down and sat next to me and asked me something.

"Rosalyn, do you want to come over to my parents house and have dinner with them?" Adam asked. He seemed nervous.

"I would love to meet your parents!" I replied.

"Great! They would love to meet you. I will go tell them now!" Adam left and called his parents to tell them that we were coming over. He seemed excited!I went to the bedroom and changed out of my old clothes to my light blue dress that Adam bought me. I fixed my hair and my makeup. I went out to the living room and waited for Adam.

"You look beautiful babe!"

"You don't look too bad yourself handsome!" I said and gave him a wink. He wore his white T-shirt and his skinny jeans that I loved seeing him in. We walked to the car and drove to his parents house.

We made it to Adam's parents house. Their house was big and beautiful! I was nervous to meet them. Adam knocked on the door and was greeted by his mother.

"Adam!" She hugged her son. After the hug, she looked at me and gave me a welcomed hug.

"And you must be Rosalyn!"

"Hello Mrs. Levine, it is nice to meet you!" I said as we stepped inside. I was still holding on to Adam's hand.

"Please call me Patsy dear." Adam's mom said and I smiled and I walked into the living room with her and Adam. Suddenly, we were greeted by a small Jack Russell Terrier. It ran towards Adam and jumped on his leg. It was so cute! Adam picked it up and started petting the cute puppy. He sat down on the couch and I sat down next to him. When I first pet the puppy, it barked at me but when it got to know me, it let me pet it. The dog jumped off of Adam's lap and went to mine.

"What's it's name?" I asked Adam while I was petting the dog.

"Her names Casey." Adam said. I just loved that name. It was a perfect name for a puppy.

Adam's .P.O.V.

"Where's dad?" I asked my mom.

"He is in his studies. He will be right down when he is done. I told him about your girlfriend and he wants to meet her."

"I can't wait for him to meet her." I looked over and saw Rosalyn playing with Casey. She looked so cute with her.

"Rosalyn seems to love Casey!" My mom said.

"Yeah! She used to have a Jack Russell Terrier like yours but when she was 6 years old, her dog died and her dog was the only thing that kept her mind off the fighting between her mom and dad."

"Oh, I am so sorry!" My mom said as she watched Rosalyn with Casey.

"It's okay mom. You can't tell her or no one that I am going to surprise her on Christmas with a puppy."

"Awe Adam! That is the sweetest thing ever! She will love it! My mom gave me a hug.

"Thanks mom!" I said in the hug.
