Chapter 13

Adam's .P.O.V.

I waited in the waiting room. I couldn't go to sleep. I wanted to see my girl. My eyes were red from all my crying and I had a major headache. I just wanted to run in there and see how she is doing. I don't know what I would do if I ever lost her. Suddenly, Jesse, James, PJ, Matt, Mickey, Pharrell, Blake and Gwen came. They saw me and ran over to me.

"Adam what the hell just happened? I checked on my phone from Jesse that said to check the news and they say that Rosalyn was hit by a car and is in the hospital now getting surgery. It is all over Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Adam please tell me this is not true!" Gwen said with tears in her eyes and I wrapped my arms around her and gave her a hug.

"We were at a party and we were all having a pretty good time with beer and friends. I got pulled into a drinking contest and I drank a lot. One of my friends, her name was Amber. She took me over to the kitchen and we started talking to each other and I told her that I had to go see my girlfriend but she grabbed me by the collar of my shirt. I pulled back and she pulled more and kissed me. I pushed her away and I turned around and I saw Rosalyn crying. I yelled for her but she ran off and I didn't see where she went to and Jesse told me to check the TV and they said that a girl by the name of Rosalyn got hit severely and was rushed to the hospital!" Tears fell down from my eyes. I looked up and everybody started to cry and it made me more upset. I know they all cared for Rosalyn and they loved her dearly. We a sat down and wiped out eyes. Suddenly, a woman ran through the doors. She asked where Rosalyn was.

"Mrs, Rosalyn is getting surgery and nobody can go in there. I tried but they forced me out."

"So, you are the Mr. Adam Levine who is dating my niece!"

"Your her aunt! I thought she didn't have any more family members left?"

"Well you thought wrong! I am going to take her away, where she won't have to suffer no more. I am going to take her away from The Voice where she won't have to be with you or anyone else. I am going to take her when she wakes up!" I was mad right now.

"Mrs, you can't take my Rosalyn away from me or anyone else who is in this building right now with me. We are her new family and we take pretty good damn care of her."

"Really, then where was your protection when she got hit by that car?" Tears were in her eyes.

"I love her so much and I didn't know it would end like this. Please don't take my girl away from me. She means everything to me and I don't want to lose her."

"WELL MAYBE YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE HER. I DON'T KNOW IF MY POOR NIECE IS GOING TO MAKE IT? By the way, my name is Selena Hemsworth!" I looked at her and she sat down and started crying. I sat by her and cried with her.
I know how she feels right now. We don't want our girl to leave. Everybody was so upset right now. Nobody left. They all brought flowers, balloons, cards, and stuffed animals for her. All of a sudden, nurses and doctors started running down to the surgery room. I hope nothing happened to Rosalyn. I was so worried right now. I want to see my beautiful girl so bad.

Rosalyn's .P.O.V.

I opened my eyes. I sudden pain filled my body. I moved my eyes up and down and got them adjusted. I hardly remember what happened last night. I woke up and I was in a hospital room with wires and an oxygen mask on me.

"HEY EVERYBODY! SHE'S AWAKE! ROSAlYN'S AWAKE!" I looked at the nurse and closed my eyes again. I kept dreaming about Adam. All I wanted was Adam. Nurses and doctors came running in the room. I looked up and they were all surrounding me.

"What... What happened? Why am I here?" I asked.

"You were hit by an oncoming car and you suffered severe damages and you are hurt pretty bad. We don't know if you will be able to walk." One of the nurses said. Tears flowed down my eyes and I started to remember. I was upset with Adam and I ran off and some guy tried grabbing me and I stepped in the road and I didn't see the car coming and it hit me and that's all I remembered.

"Adam, I need my boyfriend! Where is Adam! I need him!" The doctors and nurses looked at me and then they walked off and looked for Adam.

Adam's .P.O.V.

I was quiet and nobody was talking. All of a sudden, a doctor came out and asked who Adam Levine was.

"I am Adam Levine! Is Rosalyn alright?"

"She is fine. She asked for you to come and see her. She keeps calling for you and she won't stop." The doctor said and I left everybody and followed the doctor to Rosalyn's room. I stepped inside and saw Rosalyn laying in the bed. I could see all her scars and bruises from the accident. Wires were attached to her and she was wearing an oxygen mask. The doctor walked over to her and took it off. She woke up and her eyes were red. The doctors left us alone.

"Adam!"

"It's me Rosalyn! I am sorry! I AM SORRY! I AM SO DAMN STUPID! WHY COULDN'T THIS HAPPEN TO ME AND NOT YOU! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH ROSALYN AND YOU KNOW I WOULD DO NOTHING TO HURT YOU! That girl kissed me and I pushed back but she kept forcing me to kiss her. PLEASE FORGIVE ME ROSALYN! I DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU! YOUR THE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER CAME INTO MY LIFE!" I said through my tears. I leaned down and picked her up in my arms. I looked at her. I never wanted to see her like this. I never wanted this to happen to her. Suddenly, her aunt comes through the doors.

Rosalyn's .P.O.V.

"Oh My Gosh! Rosalyn darling, it's me your aunt Selena!" She ran over to me and gave me a hug and kissed my face. I missed my aunt so much.

"Aunt Selena! I missed you so much! Why are you here?"

"For you sweetie! I am here to take you to New York City with me."
When she said that she was here to take me to New York City, I knew that meant that I had to leave my home, my friends, The Voice, and Adam. I don't want to leave them!

"Aunt Selena I would love to go to New York City with you and live there with you but my home is here in LA with Adam. He is the love of my life and I never want to be apart from him. I don't want to be apart from all my loving friends either. They mean so much to me. I am Sorry Aunt Selena but I just can't leave." She looked at me and was starting to get frustrated.

"Rosalyn I know you don't want to leave and I understand but you need to come to New York with me! You would love it there! You will have so much potential and new discoveries up there!" I was kinda upset with my aunt right now.

"Aunt Selena I just can't! I am sorry and I hope you understand why I can't come with you."

"ROSALYN HEMSWORTH, I AM MAKING YOU COME TO NEW YORK, YOUNG LADY! I AM YOUR AUNT AND YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME!" She came over to me and grabbed my arm and tried to drag me out of my bed while I was still pretty much in pain.

"OUCH! LET ME GO GOD DAM IT! You can't frickin force me to leave with you as you please.I am a fully grown adult woman and I can be able to make my own decisions as I please. You can't tell me what to do! Please leave!" She was upset right now and pulled me off the bed and dragged me on the floor with my hair. My whole body was in agony. When she was coming towards the door, Adam blocked her.

"You better let me go or your not going to like what happens next!" She sounded threatening.

"I am not letting you take my Rosalyn away! She wants to stay here with me and I'm not going to let you leave with her!" She dropped me and lunged at Adam. She punched Adam. Adam tried to fight back but he couldn't. I couldn't take my baby getting hurt like this just to let me stay here with him. I got myself up with all my strength and lunged myself at my aunt. She was just acting like my dad. Hurting the people that I am close with just to get to me. Everybody must of heard all of the commotion that was coming from my room and they all came in and saw my aunt beating up Adam. I pulled her away from Adam but she grabbed me and pushed me down and I smacked my head off the bed and passed out. Before I passed out, I saw Pharrell and Blake grab my aunt. The doctors must of called the cops and the cops escorted my aunt out of the hospital. Pharrell and Blake helped Adam up. Then they all surrounded me and all I could here is my baby, Adam yell my name and I passed out.
