Allison's Point of View.

"Allison, wake up." Hermione's voice drifted through my sleep as she gently shook my shoulder.

I groaned softly and blinked my eyes open, squinting up at her through the dim morning light filtering into our dormitory. "Come on," Hermione urged, smiling slightly. "The Quidditch match is today."

That woke me up instantly. I threw my blankets off and sat upright, stretching my arms above my head with a yawn. Hermione held out my Gryffindor Quidditch robes and a towel. "Here."

I took them from her with a grateful smile. "Thanks." Still half asleep, I shuffled toward the bathroom. By the time I finished showering and dressing, I felt far more awake.

I quickly dried my hair before pulling it back into a tight ponytail so it wouldn't whip into my face during the match. As I stepped back into the dorm room, I tossed my towel onto the end of my bed and glanced out the window.

Rain hammered violently against the glass. Dark clouds rolled overhead while the wind bent the trees outside nearly sideways. I grimaced. "This is going to be brutal." Hermione looked up from where she was packing her bag.

"You nervous?" I let out a breath. "Not nervous. Just preparing myself to nearly freeze to death." That earned a laugh from her. I grabbed my broomstick from beside my trunk.

"Wood wants to see the team before the match so we can go over strategies again." Hermione rolled her eyes knowingly. "In extreme detail, I assume."

"You know Oliver too well." She smiled warmly. "Well, good luck." I glanced back out the stormy window. "In this weather," I muttered, "we're definitely going to need it."

With that, I headed downstairs. The common room was already busy despite the early hour. The Cullens sat together near the fire, though unlike everyone else, they looked completely unaffected by the cold weather outside.

"Morning," I greeted as I approached. They all smiled back. Though their expressions dimmed slightly when they noticed my Quidditch robes. "You're actually playing in this storm?" Esme asked, concern instantly filling her voice.

I nodded. "Unfortunately." I shifted my broom under my arm. "But we really want to win the Cup this year. Especially for Oliver." A small smile crossed my face. "Quidditch is basically his entire personality at this point." That earned a few chuckles.

"He's worked us half to death this term," I continued. "So none of us are backing out because of a little rain."

"A little?" Emmett repeated with amusement. "Squirt, it looks like the sky's trying to kill everyone." I snorted. "Probably." Esme still looked worried. "Just be careful."

"I will." Right then, Harry came downstairs with Ron and the twins close behind. "You lot ready?" I asked. Harry smiled the second he saw me. "Ready as I'll ever be."

Before I could respond, Fred and George appeared on either side of me, each throwing an arm around my shoulders dramatically. "Now listen here, little sister," Fred began seriously. "If you get into trouble," George continued. "You signal one of us immediately."

I rolled my eyes. "You two do realise I've been playing Quidditch for three years, right?" I raise an eyebrow. "That changes nothing," they said together. I laughed despite myself. "Fine. If it'll stop you both from panicking."

"Excellent," Fred said proudly. The rest of the team soon arrived, Wood practically vibrating with nervous energy. "You all ready?" he asked intensely.

Everyone nodded. Wood inhaled deeply like a general preparing for battle. "Right then. Let's go win this match."
