Allison's Point of View.
"You-Know-Who wants Allison's power?" Dad asks sharply, staring at Dumbledore in disbelief.
Right now, Mum, Dad, Carlisle and Esme and I are all seated in Dumbledore's office. The Headmaster had just finished explaining everything Barty Crouch Junior confessed to before the Dementor's Kiss.
And this evening, Harry was finally being released from the Hospital Wing. Dumbledore nodded gravely. "I am afraid so," he said quietly. "Voldemort knows Allison is close to Harry. He knows she would never willingly join him."
His blue eyes shifted toward me. "And that is precisely what places her in danger." A heavy silence filled the office.
"If Voldemort cannot have her power," Dumbledore continued calmly, "he will attempt to destroy her instead."
Mum let out a quiet, horrified breath while Dad's expression darkened instantly. Esme's golden eyes softened with concern while Carlisle's jaw tightened slightly beside her.
"Is there anything we can do?" Mum asks immediately, her voice tight with worry. Dumbledore nodded.
"If we are to reform the Order, we will require a headquarters," he explained. "Sirius has offered the Black family home. Since it currently stands empty, it will serve as a safe house."
Dad frowned thoughtfully while Mum looked relieved at the idea of extra protection. "Partway through the summer holidays," Dumbledore continued, "I intend to move your family there."
He looked directly at Mum and Dad. "All of you." Dad nodded slowly. "That sounds wise," he agreed quietly.
"What about Hermione?" Mum asked suddenly. "She's staying with us this summer." Dumbledore nodded at once. "Miss Granger will go with you as well, of course," he assured her. "Her safety is just as important."
Esme glanced toward me thoughtfully while Carlisle folded his hands together calmly. Then Dumbledore turned toward me. "Allison," he said seriously, "there is something I need you to do for me."
I straightened slightly in my chair. "Okay," I nodded. "I need you not to tell your siblings, Harry, or Miss Granger about the Order until the time is right," Dumbledore told me carefully.
I hesitated only briefly before nodding. "Alright," I agreed quietly. I glanced between Dumbledore and my parents before speaking again.
"May I be excused?" I asked politely. "I'm guessing you all still have Order business to discuss. And Harry's being released from the Hospital Wing today."
Dumbledore smiled faintly. "You may go, Miss Weasley." He nods. "Thank you," I said softly. I stood and moved toward Mum and Dad first. Mum immediately pulled me into a fierce hug.
"Be careful," she whispered. "I will," I promised gently. Dad wrapped an arm around me next. "We'll see you at King's Cross," he said softly.
I nodded before turning toward Carlisle and Esme. Esme stepped forward first and cupped my face gently.
"Please look after yourself, sweetheart," she murmured. "I will, Mum," I promised again softly. Carlisle rested a reassuring hand on my shoulder.
"If you need us for anything," he said calmly, "anything at all, you come to us immediately." I smiled softly. "I know, Dad." With that, I turned and quietly left Dumbledore's office.
Ever since learning Voldemort wanted me because of my powers, Harry had become noticeably more protective. We barely spend any time apart anymore.
The only moments we weren't together were during meals, classes, or when Madam Pomfrey physically threw me out of the Hospital Wing to sleep. Every spare second I had, I spent sitting beside Harry.
