Jayda's POV
The next day, Jughead had arranged a meeting with Hiram, and Veronica Lodge. We all gathered in the living room.
"Thank you for agreeing to sit down, and discuss this misunderstanding." Hiram said, making me roll my eyes.
"There's no mis-" Jughead tried to snap.
"There's no misunderstanding here." Dad cut him off.
"Tallboy said you paid him to decapitate the Pickens statue." I continued for him.
"As an excuse to turn up the heat on the Serpents." Jughead added, angrily.
"We've got a lot of nervous people, scared they'll lose their home." Dad commented.
"I heard about that." Hiram replied. "And, though it has nothing whatsoever to do with me, I spoke to Mayor McCoy. And, as a gesture of goodwill to the Southside community, I'd like to settle any back rent you or your neighbours owe the town."
"Now, what do you want in return?" Jughead asked him.
"Peace, in the land." Hiram answered. There was a silence for a moment, with Veronica looking frantically between her father and Jughead.
"It's a deal." Dad announced. He stood up, and shook hands with Hiram.
"There is one thing." Hiram said. There always is. "Mayor McCoy tells me there's some kind of exposé you're working on, Jughead. So, in exchange for my generous offer, I'd appreciate it if you just, kept my name out of it. Sound fair?"
"That sounds a lot like a bribe." I scoffed.
"No deal." Jughead announced, and crossed his arms.
"See you in the funny pages." Dad laughed.

That night, I made a big mistake. I was walking down the street, when someone put a hand over my mouth and pulled me into an alleyway.
I kicked back, and I was released. I turned around, and saw two Ghoulies.
"Oh, we got a fiesty one." One of them said.
"What the hell do you want?" I snapped.
"You." the other said. Before I could say anything else, someone came up behind me, and hit me on the head with a baseball bat. Then, I blacked out.

Sweet Pea's POV
After texting Jayda around ten times, and her not responding, I headed for her trailer. I kept wondering if she was still mad at me.
I knocked on the door, but no one answered. I looked in the window, and there was no lights on. I called Toni.
"Toni, have you seen, Jay?" I asked her into the phone.
"No, why?" She responded.
"When was the last time you saw her?" I asked.
"This morning," she replied.

Jughead's POV
The phone went to voicemail for the fifth time.
"I don't know where she could be." I sighed, and sat on the couch. I took my beanie off, and ran my hands through my hair.
"She could be anywhere by now." Toni agreed.
I didn't know where she was, and it killed me. So, tonight I found out my girlfriend had covered up a murder, and my sister had gone missing.
"I think we should just look around, see if we can find her." Sweet Pea said.
"Agreed." Dad said. We looked around the streets of Riverdale for hours, and we even crossed the tracks to look for her.

Jayda's POV
"It's time you wake up, princess." I felt a slap on my left cheek.
"W...where a...am I?" I stammered. I felt a huge throbbing pain on the back of my head. I was in a basement, with minimal light. I was tied to a chair, rather tightly.
"Did you miss me?" He came into view. It was none other than Jake Forrest. My ex-boyfriend. He was wearing a studded jacket. A Ghoulie jacket.
"So you joined the Ghoulies?" I asked him.
"Well, yeah. Since you kicked me out." he responded. I tried to get out of the chair. "That's not gonna work."
"What do you want from me?" I spat in his face. He wiped his face.
"You didn't take me back, that was a mistake." Jake answered. "And, the Ghoulies were happy to let me in, since you kicked me out of the Serpents. And they also were happy to let me keep you hostage here."
"So, until you agree to take me back, and join the Ghoulies, you'll be here." He continued. He took my face in his hands. "So, you better agree quickly." He slapped the side of my face, and left the room.

FP's POV
We gathered up the Serpents at the Wyrm, to ask for their help in the search.
"You may or not have heard, but Jayda has gone missing." I announced. No one said anything, there was no noise. "We want all of you guys to come and help search for her."
"She was last seen at three in the afternoon yesterday." Jughead continued. I could tell in his voice he was sad, he couldn't find his twin sister.
"If you hear anything, come straight to us." I declared. When I got off the stage, everyone started comforting me.

Toni's POV
I saw Sweet Pea basically run out of the bar. I knew he was upset, his girlfriend was missing. I glanced at Fangs, and he nodded. We then went outside after him.
He was sat against the side of the bar, and we saw tears run down his cheek. He then saw us, and quickly rubbed his face.
"Oh, hey guys." he said, and continued to wipe his face. I went and sat next to him on the floor.
"Don't worry, we'll find her." I comforted, and rubbed his arm. Fangs sat down on the other side of him.
"But what if we don't?" Sweet Pea raged, turning his sadness into anger, as he always does.
"Don't say that, we will." Fangs responded.
"I just keep thinking, what if we don't? What if we never find her?" Sweet Pea said. "And, the last thing I said to her, was part of an argument."
"It's okay, Sweet Pea." I said. "We'll find her, it's all going to be okay."
