OH
MERDE

THERE'S ONLY SO MUCH A
GIRL CAN TAKE BEFORE SHE DIES!

LET'S be realistic here, Georgine had always stuck by the rules (...or at least somewhat close to them) and had never stepped out of line. Through being a French adolescent and having French ancestors and constantly visiting the goddam place, and blah, blah, blah... she had been brought up to abide by the rules, respect her superiors, and just all-around stay quiet. And she had been somewhat happy living these certain set of rules, of course, until he appeared out of nowhere...

Georgine had never once payed attention to the Cullen/Hale family (honestly!) (even though Jessica Stanley can apparently tell you otherwise!) unlike everyone else at her mundane school. Yes, she found them too uncharacteristically beautiful to be real, and, yes, she did think it was odd how they all kept to themselves, in there own little family, but she wasn't one to stick her nose in places that didn't require her to. Yet, at an awkward period of prolonged time that the family finally returned to the dreary town of Forks, Georgine couldn't help but feel as though they had stuck out like a sore thumb... well, one in particular, that is.

Besides the fact that Georgine had never really paid any attention to the family, she had always been able to notice the strange one, her school (well, her shitty friends, really) had 'named' him, and how he reacted to certain things. As her lovely friend Jessica had put it, "it's like he's always in pain", because, quite literally, that's how he acted. It was like any source of human interaction was killing from the inside...

But, it seemed as though their little trip away for more than half a year seemed to change him, somehow. Georgine suddenly found herself always in the presence of the boy; he was everywhere she was, and she was slightly suspicious about the whole ordeal. As their physical bodies edge closer and closer to one another, neither of them can ignore the mental pull that's gravitating them together. And, as Georgine realises, in her own few words that she brands as her own expression━━

i do not anything to do with the twilight universe━━all credits go to stephanie meyer. i do, however, own my ocs (georgine & sandra brodeur), their plot points and their dialogue!! parts of georgine's character arc are also inspired by a character from x-men, too.

WARNING.
mentions and descriptions of: language, trauma, violence, death, etc. please real at your own risk.

NOTE.
this is a new revamped version of oh merde━━and by revamped i mean i've changed the aesthetics and added different things. the entire plot and everything is still the exact same. who knows?━━i might one day decide to rewrite the entire book.
this is also my first ever finished piece of writing, one that was started a little while ago. with that said, some parts may be considered cringier than others??? BUT i love this book & georgine brodeur with my entire heart, so i really hope you love her just as much as me 🥺🥺
