Remember the time when I saw the yellow flyer? I joined that contest! And my piece was "Love Story" by Taylor Swift:
"♪We were both young, when I first saw you...♪"
I practiced with Tia and she said my voice wasn't beautiful! Arghhhhh! I hate her! She's my best friend but I guess I'm not HER best friend. :(
I walked out and dropped a tear. I didn't want to do it in front of her because she might tease me. I practiced with Jane. She said that my voice could improve. She didn't want to hurt me so she didn't directly say it was ugly.
She sang examples of songs and I liked them so much! I tried many song parts and had long vocalizations and I guess I had improved a bit! :)
I loved music so much so I joined the contest. Hopefully, I'll win to show Isabella, Gilbert and Tia that I am a good musician and to embarrass them from mistaking me to lose. I hope tomorrow will be a good day and Tia will forget about what happened yesterday and we'll be best friends again!
