♥The Dumbest Life of That Girl♥

It is THE DAY!

   After the interview challenge, now this is the real talent challenge! Oh my... After weeks of practice, a hard reward is here!

   If I'll win and be the grand winner, I'll get $10000! If not, $100 will be my consolation prize. Out of 200 people that registered for the talent search, only 35 were qualified, including ME! Uh-oh! I was supposed to buy a guitar so I can play it while singing! Where's my money? Think, think...

   In the place where I put my diamond? How could that be? I searched there and found my $500 dollars relaxing beside my precious diamond. I quickly grabbed it and slid it in my Hello Kitty® purse. I forgot to tell uncle Martin that I need to go out so maybe he's searching for me.

   I went to the Consumer's Lodge and searched for a music and instrument shop. I found the perfect guitar, a famous and exclusive guitar for only $100! I snatched it out of its holder and raced my way to Cashier 6. I shoved the money to the cashier girl and waited for my change. I was so excited that I even jumped for 20 times!

   I went out of the shop, I hugged my new guitar. I called Tia to tell her I got a new guitar for my performance later 2:00 pm.

   I sat down a bench beside a fountain and tried out my new guitar. I strum a few notes and followed the notes in the songbook. I was so happy when I memorized the notes of "Joy to the World"! I was leaping with happiness but stopped to stop being embarrassing. :)

   I went home and slept for an hour. I woke up seeing a girl in front of me. "Wake up, sissy! It's time, the special day!" I was looking at the blurred face of a girl. "W-what day are you talking about? I mean, who am I talking to? Like, who are you and who am I? Wait, WHO am I?" Jane told me about what I said. "Calm down, Mia! It is the T-A-L-E-N-T  S-E-A-R-C-H! I am J-A-N-E and you are M-I-A! Get it?" She spoke slow-mo! I finally realized everything when my phone rang. *krrring!* I woke up after hearing the friend tone. "Tia messaged me!" I blurted out.

   I used my phone to picture my new guitar and sended it to Tia. After 5 minutes, I got a reply.

   Such a nice friend...

   Anyway, it was almost the talent search and I need to get ready! I used my most treasured conditioner, shampoo and body wash to keep me fresh from start to end! I used my "Luv Myuzic!" glitter shirt and wore my star pendant. I wore my black, lucky pants and happy Skechers® rubber shoes. I applied lip gloss to my dry lips and styled my hair into a bun. I prayed in my room and went out.

   I asked Jane if she wanted to see me perform, she nodded. We went out and waved goodbye to Uncle Martin. We rode a mini bus and had a short nap before we reached our stop. We hopped out and I stared at Jane and my guitar. We went in and held each other's hand. I saw the auditorium's heading with big, black letters; Are you TALENTED? The Musical Contest for the whole Nashville!

   This is it, the day of winning, losing and competing. The day when I'll have a prize for all my hard-work. Talent search time! I hugged Jane and I speedily ran to the backstage. I didn't know where she sat so I have to find her later in the sea of people!

   I saw Angelou sitting and relaxing on the pink bench bed with her headphones on her head while reading Teen Vogue™ magazine. "Hey Angelou! Whazup?" I was feeling that I was something like rock! "Mia! Long-time-no-see! Hahaha! You're here to perform right? Break a leg!" She replied.

P.S. "Break a leg" means 'good luck'

   When Miss Lizette walked up the stage, everybody went screaming! "Welcome everybody! Today, we will be witnessing 35 talents that will compete for $10000! Are you ready? I hope you'll always be! Thanks! Please wait for our opening dancers and singers." I began to practice my guitar notes. ♪We were both young, when I first saw you...♪

   Suddenly, a man announced something. "Hellooo everybodyyy! #5 will be performing now! So the voting lines are opened! Just text using the details Ms. Lizette told us! Our performer is a professional dancer. Let us welcome, Suzie Kenny!" 1/10 of the audience cheered for her!

   Many performers showed off their beautiful talent and #63, Angelou was next! She will sing "The Show" by Lenka. I then prepared. I repeated my song over and over again! "#64, Mia Walters is the next performer. She will sing "Love Story" by Taylor Swift. Let's support her!" Surprisingly, 4/10 of the audience cheered for me!

   I walked out of the backstage and entered with unknown confidence. I smiled at the people. I strum while the maestro played the piano. I became much more confident when I sang my song. It was like I was listening to Jane and I was singing in the shower. I put my strength to my diaphragm and had a louder voice and higher pitch. ♪We were both young, when I first saw, you.♪ It was over, at last! I bowed and made a rock sign using my hand. I walked to the backstage hearing praises and claps and cheers from ALL audience! Thank you! I slept when I went in the backstage.

   I waited for 3 hours and winner announcement came. "Thank you everybody! The show is over and all the judges have decided our rightful winner! 3rd Runner Up- Jessa Morina Jones! 2nd Runner Up- Maybelline Aville Cartson! And the winner is... Drumroll please? *drumroll* The winner, for the "Are you Talented?" talent search grand champion is... Mae Lianne Walters! I felt happiness, surprise, shock and all mixed emotions! Suddenly, a tear dropped from my eye. They were "Tears of Joy"!

   I walked up to the stage and received my cash prize, a medal and a certificate. I bowed to the audience and the crowd became louder than ever! "Thank you everybody! I never knew I'll win, it was all because of you my beloved fans! Thank you very much, but I have no more to say." Once more, I bowed. I walked to the backstage and continued my cry moment. I was escorted out by 5 guards and I saw Jane at the entrance. I thanked the guards and walked out. "Congrats, sissy! Told you you'd win!" "Thanks, sissy! Thanks for all your support." We went out.

   I surprised uncle Martin and showed him my prizes. He hugged me and Jane, 'group hug'! It is THE DAY!
