"I hate this! I don't like not knowing." Tara kept whining while I tossed the bag of supplies I had bought into the back of her trunk.
Gracie just giggled, moving to grab the candy I bought her out of one of the bags. I helped Gracie into the car, glancing at Tara.
"So, what are you going to do?" I secretly smiled, moving to get in the car.
"You'll see." She groaned, walking to the drivers side.
I glanced back into the backseat, smiling at Gracie, "Ready to surprise your brother?" She eagerly nodded, excitement in her eyes.
I looked back forward, nerves coursing through my body. I wanted to do something nice for him, he deserves a break for always working so hard.

"Gracie! Do you want me to make you something to eat?!" Gracie covered her mouth, slightly jumping up and down.
"Ready?" I quietly whispered it, holding up a water balloon while Chris walked in.
"Aviana, what are you doing here?" I threw the water balloon at him, smiling when it him in the chest.
My eyes widened as I saw Jonah walk in behind him, surprise on his face. Gracie didn't care and she aimed, hitting him in the face. I gasped while Chris busted out into laughter and Jonah stood in shock.
"You girls are dead." Gracie squealed, running out the back door as I grabbed one of the tubs filled with water balloons.
I followed her out as I heard the boys scream at us. I couldn't contain my laughter, passing a few water balloons to Gracie. I hid by the door, doing my best to hold the tub of water balloons in one arm and a water ballon in my hand.
Right when the door opened, I smashed the water balloon on someone's head and screamed when Chris smirked, grabbed some water balloons from the tub.
"Oh, shit..." I stepped back, grunting when Jonah tried grabbing the tub from me.
They both walked towards me making my heart race. I clearly did not think this through. Gracie screamed my name and ran by us, throwing water balloons at both boys. She leaned up, reaching to grab more water balloons then screamed when one of the boys threw one at her back.
She went running behind me and I gasped as she accidentally moved too close to me, causing a water balloon to pop against my back. I grabbed one, aiming towards Chris' face.
"Don't come closer." Jonah quickly moved, poking me in the side causing me to laugh.
Gracie ran away, Jonah chasing after her, "Are you serious?" I muttered it to myself, taking a step back.
I tossed the water balloon, hitting Chris in the shoulder, but he didn't react. Instead, he threw one at my chest and I dropped the tub nearly falling.
"No! Gracie!" I yelled her name, turning to run while Chris picked up the remaining water balloons.
I went running across the backyard, bumping into Jonah who was busy chasing Gracie, "You've gotta be shitting me." He moved to grab my arm and I tripped him, cheering when he fell causing the water balloons he had to pop.
"Are you fucking serious?" He started standing up and I went running while Gracie ran past me to go back to the house.
Jonah didn't give her the chance, swiftly picking her up causing her to scream. She yelled my name and I looked around the yard for something to help her. I ran towards Chris and his eyes widened in surprise while I tried grabbing the water balloons from him.
"Fucking shit!" They popped, soaking through his shirt.
"Aviana!" I ran away, grunting when I ran into Gracie.
"Wait, how the hell did you get away?!" She adorably wiped her hair out of her face, tugging at my top.
"Jonah dropped me when he saw you with Chris." She hiccuped, a small smile on her face.
"Uh oh..." I furrowed my eyebrows, afraid to turn around while Gracie started to back away.
I yelped when something cold splashed against my back. I turned around, moving my hands to cover my face while Chris sprayed me with the hose.
"I'm sorry!" I glanced back to see Gracie running for the back door.
I heard Jonah's laughter and I moved to the side, running towards Chris. I grabbed the hose, wrestling it away from him causing him to get wet.
"Jonah, help me over here!" I shoved at Chris, turning to see Jonah running into the house.
I grabbed the hose from the floor, aiming at Chris and paused when he pulled off his soaked shirt, wringing it out.
"Stop." He looked up at me, raising an eyebrow at me.
"Stop what? I'm not doing anything." I rolled my eyes at him, threatening him with the hose.
"Am I distracting you, Aviana?" I scoffed, pointing the hose towards his face.
"No, why would you be distracting me?" He walked closer to me and I stepped back.
I sprayed the hose, but he moved out of the way, running towards me. I dropped the hose, my eyes widening when he slipped, grabbing my waist.
"Chris!" He fell down, laughing as I landed on top of him.
I shoved at his chest, blowing out a breath while he continued to laugh. He calmed down a bit, moving my wet hair out of my face.
"You're soaking." I stuck my tongue out at him, moving to wring out the bottom of my shirt.
"And that's your fault." I complained even though it was mine.
"You started it and I ended it." I went to move off him but he flipped us around, moving so he was on top of me.
My breathing hitched as I felt heat rush to my cheeks. This was way too close, in my personal space close.
"I had fun though. Thank you for this." I nervously laughed, not sure what to do with my hands.
"Yeah, sure, no problem." He moved some of my hair, caressing my cheek while I finally decided to place my hands against his chest.
"You're beautiful, Avi." I blushed, staring into his eyes.
"Thank you." He smiled, moving his lips closer to mine.
He pressed his lips against mine and I reacted, kissing him back. I moved my hands to his hair, gently pulling at the thick strands as he moved his hand down to rest on my hip. I don't know what I was doing, I was so confused. But I think I realized that in the end I'll have to make a decision, whether it would be Chris or Jonah, I wasn't sure.
