Ch7 Metal Beginnings

Grounder was dancing in the lab as he melted down the Diamond and mixed it in with a strong metal. He then did a little ballerina twirl over to a button which when he pressed poured the molten liquid over the frame of project Metal Sonic. He whizzed over to the computer and printed off a chip. He allowed the machine to put it inside. It also installed a laser weapon into the chest of the contraption. A spray of paint gave the frame a Sonic the hedgehog look.

Nearly bursting with excitement Grounder pressed a button which read: *RUN*
The body began to vibrate and smashed through the window skidding on the floor and then stood upright with it's back to Grounder who trembled on his wheels. He slowly trundled over to the creation. "H-hello?* he said trembling. "A-re you alive?" He reached out a paw to tap him..
Suddenly, Metal Sonic turned around and pushed Grounder to the floor. "Of course I am alive!" said the robot incredulously and humbly. He had the classic robotic voice which took little metallic pauses between words.
"What do you think I am? A computer which can't even run Minecraft?" (property of Mojang)
"What's Minecraft? muttered Grounder curiously. Metal Sonic facepalmed and helped the little robot up.
"I am Metal Sonic THE Metal Sonic!"
"I knowww nodded Grounder as if he was talking to a baby. I made you"

"Well what is my task?" he replied.
"Oh that's easy!" chuckled the mole. "Destroy Sonic the Hedgehog"

"Analysing Data!" muttered Metal Sonic in a kind of mantra. Beep Boop Beep. Okay then" That will be an easy task" He said it as if it was a common everyday chore.
He flew out of the base and towards Green Hill zone.
