Lonely.

Heavy-hearted.

Melancholy.

Disappointed.

That is how she feel in the midst of darkness.

It is gloomy.

So cruel.

She doesn't know why and she's dying to know.

Images of a few people appears, blurred and unheard.

She is curious, who are these folks?

A mystery untold, she wants answers she wants a word.

Aiden Bardot enters the room with a bowl of water and clean cloth in hand, humming quietly not wanting to wake the sleeping doctor in the couch. It is a peaceful day in the underground, specifically in McKenna's residence where Aiden lives.

She placed the bowl and the cloth at the side table of their only one patient's bed, this house was an old small hospital before it went through a bankruptcy. They still aid some people though, but not to the extent that they'll go in a helping spree. Their staffs left the small hospital already, Aiden and the doctor, June McKenna are the people who stayed and continued their feat as a nurse and doctor.

Aiden soaked the cloth in the water and started cleaning the patient's body. She wipes the face first and can't help but to smile at the sight of their patient, She's beautiful. Thought Aiden as she admires the girl's features. The patient has a h/l h/c hair and s/c, she is sleeping peacefully which add more to her own natural beauty as she looks so angelic, but does she really sleep in peace?

June McKenna is the one who saw the whole incident of their patient, the woman who shot her is now in jail who turns out to be the patient's mother, what a cruel life for the poor girl indeed.

When that attempted murder happened, lucky for the girl that she was aided quickly by a doctor. Erwin, as much as he wants to get her to join in the Survey Corps, handed her to Doctor McKenna to provide treatment already. Erwin knows she is still alive, he knows that she is still breathing under the protection of the Doctor and Aiden, and is looking forward for her company in the future as an ally along with Levi and her other friends.

"When will you wake up? I want to know your name." Said Aiden still not done cleaning the girl, she noticed her fingers slightly moved, a sign that she'll wake up soon. A small smile formed through Aiden's lips, she's relieved and somewhat happy, the girl is totally safe finally.

A week later, early in the morning, the girl finally woke up. She made a faint sound that alarms Aiden and the doctor, immediately, they rushed into the room where the patient is in. The girl is already sitting, she regained her strength from sleeping too much.

"Good morning, are you feeling better now?" Asked June smiling softly.

"Yeah? I think so." Retorted the girl unsure.

"What is your name pretty girl?" Asked Aiden with a comforting tone. The girl looked at her for a moment, didn't know what to say. Has she forgotten?

"I don't actually remember, I-" Aiden's smile dropped, and looked at June who is still wearing the calmness instead of being shocked, she's a doctor of course she contemplated about this. Aiden realized what is the Doctor thinking, she face palmed internally, How on earth did I forgot about that?, thought Aiden.

"I see." Said June walking closer to her. "What happened? To me specifically." Asked the girl confused. "You had been sleeping for two weeks, you had been shot by someone." Said the Doctor. "By the way? whatever your name is, change it for a while at least. A soldier said that your life is in danger while you use that name." She continued.
