Chapter XXIV

Y/N reluctantly moved aside, doing it in the slowest way as much as possible so the man in front of her will not attack or get away quickly. She remained her eyes locked into him as well, deceiving him slightly juts by using a one simple stare. Levi waited as she obeyed him, he took his stance ready to attack the man below. And as Y/n has finally made a way for him to follow, he immediately reacted and shocked Reiner with his blades digging into the him deeply.

But as much as she wants to think that Reiner will be no longer problem since Levi had made a deep wound into him, he still seemed powerful. Suddenly Levi dropped him and let his body fall into the ground. He could have died because of that, but Levi cursed loudly making her believe that he still isn't dead yet.

"Shit! I was so close on killing him but- Is that another Titan power?!"

Y/N's breathing is beginning to shallow as the panic and fear took over him. She panics at Reiner's presence, that what if they fail this mission because of him? And a feeling of fear for Levi, he is trying his best to finish him off but as of now he still couldn't. What if he injures himself out in that battle? Or worse...

"H-he is transforming." Muttered Armin who made his way to her side. Y/N couldn't take her eyes away from Levi. Checking if he has any wound or what. Even a simple scratch worries her at this time. She was about to follow Levi's place when his head turned into her direction.

"Don't! Get away from here Y/N!"

But I am a soldier too Levi and I cannot stand seeing you facing him alone no matter how strong you are. Thought Y/N wishing she could say it out loud.

"Keep on the lookout! Locate his allies!" The Commander ordered everyone. But before anyone of them could do that, a multiple of flashes runs in line in a distance stopping Commander Erwin from giving more instructions. And this is when Y/N decided to stop spacing out and followed Levi without taking his words. He dragged him out of Reiner's opportunity and placed him forcefully at the Commander's side.

"Boulder incoming! Get down!"

"We might as well consider the situation of being watched. I mean, I remember you speaking the night of recruitment and you have said about Eren's father's basement located in Shiganshina and a sneak peak of retaking the Wall Maria. The two Titan traitors are with us that time and to be honest, they looked curious and bothered at your revelation. We must be more ready for a surprised battle, we don't know what they also plan against us. Maybe they are just waiting for us to attack or proceed to that fixed blueprint."

"I am right... I am fucking right!"
