[Year 850; two years after the enlistment]

Rain is falling hard that night, the cadets are in the forest soaked in rain while running with a heavy loaded bag in their back. Instructor Shadis is in his horse, scolding and pushing those trainees who can't manage to reach other's pace. They are currently being examined as they are undergoing a fitness assessment.

"What's wrong Arlert? You're falling behind!"

Armin Arlert pants intensely as he tries to reach the other cadets enduring the ponderous weight he holds in his back.

"Can't handle the weight? Should you alone be unburdened? If this were a real deal, you'd be meat for the Titans." Shadis berated Armin for falling behind. He has a point, if Armin can't handle this, what more if he encounters a real beast?

Then Reiner slowed down his pace so he can be with Armin. He snatched Armin's bag and explained to him why, he may be worried since this assessment will be graded. Reiner runs faster leaving Armin behind, but Y/n grabbed the bag away from him and throws it back to Armin.

"Wha-"

"Let him finish this assessment without cheating, he can do it Reiner do not tolerate him." Said Y/n in a hush tone before going with Armin in the back.

"Hey, how about we do a friendly race? The one who loses will going to be a loser forever. Deal?" Proposed Y/n smirking. She could see decisiveness in his eyes, who even wants to be a loser for life? No one.

"Deal." And with that, Armin runs faster than before, leaving Y/n proud.

Reiner Braun. He has both a robust physique and mental strength. His comrades also have great trust in him.

Armin Arlert. He lacks physical strength, but demonstrates prodigious aptitude in academics.

Their training continued, the cadets are now being criticized as they undergo in searching for fake Titans and annihilate it.

They keep maneuvering and slashing fake Titans as Instructor Shadis observes them critically.

Annie Leonhart. Though her slashes are flawless, she's lone wolf that has difficulty working with others.

Bertholt Hoover. He has exceedingly high potential, but lacks assertiveness.

Jean Kirstein. His three-dimensional maneuvers are top-class, but his hotheaded nature tends to cause discord.

Sasha Braus. Though she has unusually good instincts, her character is unsuited for cooperative action.

Connie Springer. He's skilled at handling tight turn maneuvers, but is somewhat dim-witted.

Mikasa Ackerman. She's completely proficient in every aspect, deserving nothing less than an unprecedented evaluation of generations past.

Eren Jeager. He doesn't possess any particular talent, but he's improved his marks through pure effort. And he had an extraordinarily strong sense of purpose.

Y/n gracefully maneuvers through the forest slashing effortlessly through the Titan dummies leaving a great deep slice. She's been with others earlier, but as an explorer, she goes through different areas searching for more dummies to rip independently.

She smirked as she saw three fake Titans rising from a distance, she instantly goes in that direction and slice each without difficulty.

Instructor Shadis is in the corner examining her, he didn't expect her to have that stunning skills, based on his first impression, she's just another cadet who only knows how to trouble herself and not taking everything seriously.
