Chapter XII

"Eren!! Experiment time!" Beamed Hange skipping along the wide grassy field. Eren looked away terrified at the new idea Hange had given a thought. Last time, Hange ordered him to transfer into Titan Form which failed at first. And today, another horrific experiment will scare the shit out of Eren.

Knowing the Mad Scientist, she wouldn't stop until she get to know something when all is settled. Eren is doomed, literally.

Eren hides at Mikasa as Hange kept calling for his attention. To his bad luck, Corporal Levi is in front of him. Eren gulped, he reluctantly stood and gave himself to Hange.

"Being with Squad Leader Hange really sucks." Whispered Connie. Sasha nods chewing her freshly steamed potato. "But I would love to know if she could experiment on potatoes!"

"Huh? What do you mean?" Asked Connie facepalming.

"Like, can she clone this one? I will be having a bunch of potatoes if it does work!" Exclaimed Sasha holding her half bitten potato. She continued on babbling about the precious food she's eating, pieces are flying through the air making the grumpy Corporal do a grimace.

"Can you fucking swallow that damn food before you chat with that boyfriend of yours? Disgusting."

Both Connie and Sasha blushed and averted their gazes at different direction. Levi rolled his eyes and went to find Y/N instead. As he look for her everywhere, a loud ruckus interrupted him. There he saw the mad Scientist, Eren and the girl she came to look for. She is getting involved in Hange's test.

"Now Eren, get into your Titan form! Don't escape Y/N, you're the bravest here aside from the two Ackermans. I need you to take part!"

"But you must tell my Corporal first!"

"He will agree anyway. That's why I have Eren here!"

Y/N tried to run but Hange was too fast so she caught her in time. She laughed loudly as the small girl in her hands squirmed.

"Oi Shitty Glasses. What do you think you're doing?" Levi approaches them and took Y/N away from Hange's grasp.

"I'm just borrowing her. Don't worry, this won't take long. I promise!"

Levi eyed her from head to toe, examining her lustful form towards her experiment, a bit of drools are dripping. Hange clasp her hands together pleading Y/N and Levi. Then she hoaxed them by saddening her eyes. Y/N was the first one who fell from her trap.

"Promise me that it is safe and doesn't eat my exclusive time." Said Y/N stepping forward. Hange nodded and waited for Levi's approval. He sighed and let go of Y/N's hand looking at Hange with a threatening gaze.

"Alright, It is settled then. Let's go!"

"What's the problem Oluo?" Asked Petra back hugging him. "You look problematic. Care to tell me?"

"It's nothing." He removed Petra's arm that was wrapped around him which made her frown. This set up is not new to her lately, he have been being awkward to her and sometimes ignoring her. She didn't given a thought about what is happening so most of the time she just nudge the negativity away and tries to understand him instead.

But today Petra had enough of his actions. What he's up to? She don't really understand. Oluo is quite silent recently. He is lacking of words to say to her, not even sweet in the most sweetest moment offered to them, he became distant to her.

"Why are you like that? I have been waiting for you to open up something. What did I do wrong?"

"It's nothing. You don't have to worry. I love you."
