When we get home everyone is awake and sitting in the kitchen. Once they see Josh they all run up to him to greet him. After our little reunion we all sat down at the table to eat the breakfast our mom made.
We made some conversation, mainly catching up and everyone asking Josh about LA.
*I didn't mention it but let's just pretend that she picked Josh up really early and they get home at like 6:30 am*
After breakfast I help my mom clean up and then make my way upstairs to get ready for school. I already showered this morning so I just need to get dressed and do my hair and makeup.
I walked into my closet to look for something to wear.

After about 10 mins of taking out a bunch of clothes and not being satisfied with anything, I finally found something.

After getting dressed I brushed out my hair and straighten it then I started on my makeup.

And yes, I always wear makeup to school. Not because I feel like I need it, but just because I love doing it. I just love always dressing up and having a beat face.
After I'm done getting ready I grab my bag and my phone and walk downstairs where I find Noelani waiting for me. "Took you long enough" she said to me. "Shut up bitch at least I look good" I replied.
We walk outside and get into her car. On our way to school we stop to get coffee. We get to school about 10 mins before 1st period starts, so to waste time I walk over to my boyfriend Brayden's car. He was standing in the parking lot with all his football buddies. " Hi babe" I say as I walk up next to him. "Hey there beautiful" he replies as he kisses my cheek.
Me and Brayden have been together for 3 years and 4 months. We're kinda the power couple of the school and that's the main reason we're still together. He needs it for his reputation. Don't get me wrong I love him, but our relationship is just too toxic. He only keeps me around because he wants to be known as the guy dating the pretty popular girl.
I've tried breaking it off with him but every single time he just starts to get really scary. He's never actually hit me but he's threatened me and yelled at me. I'm just scared if I make it official he'll actually try something.
The bell rings and we all start walking into school. I go to my locker to put all my stuff away and I see Aneisa, Kaia, Tani, and Kamalyn at my locker. These are my best friends. We met when we were 7, it was just after I started living with the Richards family.
"Good morning babies, how is everyone doing today?" I ask them as I open my locker.
"Well me and Tani are hungover as fuck so we're having a pretty shitty morning." Aneisa replied. "Only you two would get drunk on a school night." I laugh. "And how are the two of you?"
"Really good considering I just found out your brother is back." Kaia said. "Kaia you need to get over him, one that would be super awkward and two he has a girlfriend." I told her. "I know but he's just so cute."
"Whatever, let's go hoes we're gonna be late." I say as I close my locker.
We make our way to first period, Economics. I'm in this class with Kaia and Aneisa.
Our teacher starts talking and blah blah blah. I wasn't really listening to him, I was on instagram this whole time. As I was scrolling through my feed I see my boyfriend's post and I see comments from this girl name Ally.
She's this stuck up popular girl who has never liked me. She's always tried to make me feel bad for being adopted and tried to convince me that nobody likes me. She's also always had a thing for Brayden.
I read through her comments and it's just a bunch of shit of her saying he should break up with me and get with her and that I'm ugly. I kept reading until I got to this one comment "I really had fun last night, I hope we can do it again sometime😉"
Wtf is she talking about? Did Brayden cheat on me with her? At this point I was so not in the mood to be in class, I just wanted to find this bitch and confront her.
The day goes by and sooner than I realize, it's lunch. Before going to meet my friends I decide to take a little detour to Ally's table.
