*Jaden's POV*

"Fuck I can't find her." I said gripping my hair as I walked up to the boys. "You really fucked up." Josh says. "Dude I didn't fucking do it!" I yelled. "Okay so explain. She's been worried about you all day and you've just been ignoring her. How do we know you weren't with Ellie the whole time?" Bryce asked getting mad.

"Dude don't you think if I wanted Ellie instead of Nai, I would've left her when Ellie said she was having my baby?" I sassed back. "Okay that's a good point, but it still doesn't explain where you were." Josh says. I sigh and sit down signaling them to sit down too.

"Last night I was working on two parts of her present. I had to go to the jewelry store to get one and then the airport to get the other." I started and they gave me confused looks. "I flew her friends in from back home. So I went to pick them up at like 3 am and then I took them to their airbnb." I continued and the boys nodded. "Okay that explains last night, now what about today?" Bryce asks.

"I was getting a bunch of decorations for her room and all of her other presents. I had to go over to Mads' apartment to pick everything up and then when you guys left I went back home to set up her room." I explained. The boys just stared at me in silence. I put my head in my hands and I could feel tears about to escape my eyes.

"She's been through so much these past few months and I just wanted to show her how much I appreciate her. And now I might've lost the love of my life all because my fucking ex is crazy." I say crying into my hands. "Jay, I feel your pain. But where's the proof that you didn't kiss Ellie, there's a fucking video." Josh says patting my back.

"That's a video from Ellie's birthday when we were still together. She's not even here, and I'll prove it to you." I say pulling out my phone. I open facetime and call Ellie. She finally answers and there she is, laying in bed. "Hey baby, what's wrong? You look like you've been crying." She says softly. I hang up straight away and turn to the guys. "If that's not enough proof you can check her instagram. Look at the photos from that night last year and we're wearing the same thing as the video." I say. It's silent for a few seconds before Josh grabs my arm and pulls me up.

He leads me out the front door with Bryce following us and we get in the car. "Where are we going?" I ask through tears as I get in the passenger seat. "We're gonna go get your girl back." He says. "How do you even know she left?" I asked confused. "Her location says she got to the house 20 minutes ago." Josh replies. I nod as Bryce starts driving.

About 20 minutes into the ride I realize I still have one of her gifts with me and I pull the box out of my pocket. I open the box and stare at the ring as I let more tears fall out of my eyes. "Please don't tell me you were going to propose to my sister?" Josh asks. I chuckle a little. "No, it's a promise ring. We're almost 8 months into our relationship and I realized I haven't bought her a special piece of jewelry. So I thought this would be perfect." I say staring down at the ring. I got us matching ones and I got them engraved. Mine has her middle name engraved into it and hers has hossler engraved into it.

"Aww Jaden's soft." Bryce says. "Bryce just shut up and drive faster." I say turning to the window. "I need to get my girl back." I whisper.

We finally get home and I sprint inside and up to her bedroom to find her, but she's not there. I look in all the rooms and still can't find her. I call her and again she doesn't answer and she still hasn't answered my texts. I walk back downstairs and the boys give me a worried look. "What?" I ask. Josh looks down at the paper in his hand. "She left a note. And she left you one too." He said sadly.

I walk over to the counter and pick up my note.

' J before I leave I just want you to know how much I love you. Even though you hurt me I still do, and I probably will for a long time. You showed me what it was like to truly be love by someone and you made me feel like I belonged. I hope you know that you're an amazing person, and you're gonna change the world. I'm sad I won't be around to see it happen. I also want you to know I'm not mad at you. I'm hurt and confused as to why you would do it, but I'm not mad. I won't hold this against you and I hope you don't hold it against yourself. I hope that we can still be friends, if that's something you'd like. But for now I think it's the end of Jaden and Nailea. I'll love you always rockstar. Maybe we just aren't meant to be.

"Jay, she just texted me. She's already on the plane." Josh says walking over to me as I just broke down and him and Bryce pulled me into a hug.
That was it. That was what broke me. I lost her. The love of my life. She thinks I cheated and there's probably no way to get her to believe me.

But I can't lose her. I know with all my heart and all my soul that we are meant to be.

ahhhhhhhh the books done. but i'm hella excited for the sequel, and you guys should be too. there will be a few new characters and a lot of drama. so stay prepared.
