It was a normal Sunday.
He and Dream were at Walmart, getting groceries for everyone. Dream had a pretty lengthy list, Nightmare was there to keep Dream company, like a good husband.
He really didn't want anything that wasn't already on the list, so when Nightmare spent 540 fucking dollars on Girl Scout Cookies, Dream was more than surprised.
"Okay so Nightmare, we're here to get only what's on the list mkay?"
"Yeah, yeah, I know. I don't want anything anyway."
"Alright sweet."
Dream pushed the cart into the store and pulled the list out of his pocket.
They spent about 30 minutes in the store, picking out cereals, meats, vegetables, chips, sweets, sodas, fruits, and all sorts of other fun things.
Dream took about five minutes to pay, Nightmare complained the entire time.
Needless to say, Dream was pretty done with Nightmare by the end of that.
"Now we can go home Nightmare."
"Finally! I was getting so b- oh. My. God."
Dream turned to see what Nightmare was looking at.
There were two girls behind a table with cookies on it.
"Girl Scout Cookies? Yeah, sure we can-"
"I need to ask the bois™️ what they want."
"Oh uh okay. I'll go put these in the car while you do that."
Dream rolled the cart as Nightmare aggressively texted everyone in the castle.
