Nightmare felt a sharp pain rise in his cheek, as if he had been slapped.

"Wakey wakey bitch."

Nightmare stirred awake, his head hurt like hell. His senses slowly came back to him, and he squirmed. He was sitting down on a chair, an uncomfortable one at that, and he was tied up. Tightly.

His wrists were crossed and behind him, tied together with rope and what he assumed was a pair of magic restraints around his forearms.

His legs were tied together at his thighs, knees, and ankles, and since he could barely move them, it was correct to assume that they were attached to the chair legs.

He was blindfolded as well, it smelt like...leather.

"This is...excessive."

"'ThIs iS exCeSsIVe' shut the fuck up. Like turning me to stone wasn't."

"I hope you know that I'm rolling my eyes right now."

Dream scoffed and walked over to Nightmare, the sounds of his footsteps getting louder. A hand wrapped around his chin and tilted it upward.

"What are you...?"

The sound of Dream taking a photo entered his ears.

"EXCUSE ME?!"

Dream started laughing as he took a couple of steps back, "Your reaction is priceless! Haha! Ah, don't worry, nobody else will see these photos apart from me and your boys."

"Why the fuck would be boys be seeing them? And what do you mean by 'photos'?!"

"Don't worry, I only took a couple when you were unconscious. This is the only one where you are awake. And you know, your boys are nasty things. Did you know that?"

"Elaborate."

"Don't tell me what to do. But I suppose I could. Just this once. You sent them to kidnap Blue, which they were successful, obviously. So, in turn, I kidnapped you back! A fair trade if I do say so myself.

"So they sent me a note. A trade-ransom note if you will. They told me that I could give you up AND turn myself in and Blue will arrive back unharmed. Which is," He waved his hand side to side "ehhh. But that's not even the best part Nightmare.

"They sent me photos. Of Blue. Beaten, bruised, tied up. Oh, his poor little face, it was so cute, even just the photos I could tell that he was shaking and quivering. Killer even sent photos of himself running his knife along Blue's cheek.

"Augh and they had him gagged and blindfolded; knots were a bit rough and anyone better than a newbie at escapism would've untied them but it's okay. He still looked so cute and helpless."

Dream paused, "Turned me on more than it was supposed to to be honest..."

"You have a problem."

"I have multiple problems! And you caused most of them."

"Fair point...so is that what you're doing? Sending photos back?"

"Yup. I'm asking for something more reasonable. I'm trading you," Dream flicked Nightmare on the nose, "For my buddy."

"Great." Nightmare responded through gritted teeth.

"Don't sound so upset, your royal highness." Dream's breath hit his cheek, causing him to jolt and squirm slightly.

"I'll make sure you enjoy your time with me."

"Fuck, what are you implying? Because there's no way I'm doing anything with your mean, annoying little ass."

"Don't have such a dirty mind Nightmare."

"Like you're any better than I am."

Dream brought their lips close.

"Piss off."

"As you wish, my king." Dream made his voice wobble in a mocking tone for the last two words.

"I'll go get you some dinner. Hope you still like spicy food. Ink makes a killer kimchi."

"Ink's cooking. Lovely."

"Ink's a multimedia artist your grace, a Jack of all trades he is. He may not be good in the kitchen, but when it comes to this stuff, he's actually kinda decent."

"I don't believe you but okay."

"I'll see you later. Be sure to stay put alright?" Dream giggled, mocking his current situation.

"Hilarious. I'll be sure to put on all the restrains before you get back."

"You know me so well."

"Buh-bye now."

"Toodles, my king."
