Meeting the Guardians

Hope everyone is staying healthy :) 

School just got canceled for like three weeks as of five minutes ago so sorry if this one-shot isn't as good as I hoped because I'm distracted. 

Peter is four years old

PETER QUIL

A small brown-eyed kid stared up in awe at a man dressed in a red leather coat that just stepped out of a fancy ship. Next to him stood a green girl, a blue girl, a tree, and a raccoon with a gun. 

"Hey, buddy, what's your name? I'm Peter," The older man said crouching down, "Are you Stark's? Heard a lot about you!" 

The smaller Peter stared at the other man in awe, "We have the same name! Oh my gosh, that is so cool Mr. Peter, sir!" After Peter's sudden burst he blushed and looked down at his toes that were surrounded by grass. 

"Peter? That's a pretty good name," Star-lord agreed and set one hand on the small kid's shoulder. "Do you want to hear a song?"

Peter beamed at the man and jumped up and down while squealing, "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" 

The older Peter stood up and pulled Peter up along with him, setting him on his hip. "Ok, let's go!" The younger Peter squealed as the adult goofily ran off towards the guardian's floor so he could play some music for the two (as long as it was appropriate of course).

And that's how the Peters met.

Nebula 

The blue woman stood in the corner of the room, feeling very out of place. Gomora instantly became friends with Natasha and Wanda, leaving Nebula feeling out of place. That is until a small bubbly kid walked up to her and said, "Hi! I'm Peter! What's your name?"

Nebula, not sure how to respond to such a little kid said hesitantly, "My name is Nebula."

Peter didn't say anything for a moment until he responded by saying, "You look lonely, do you want to see my toys?" 

Nebula barely stopped the word 'no' from escaping her lips as it usually does in every situation. The little boy was just so cute, his curly hair flipping in his face and the adorable little smile he wore showing off his small pearly white teeth. 

"Sure." She responded. Peter smiled and grabbed for her hand pulling her into the room. The rest of the night the two played with action figures, Peter being Iron-Man and Nebula being Natasha. Nebula offered to be the bad guy and fight against Peter, but he refused. He insisted that she was a good guy and could never be bad. 

So the two worked as a team to defeat the Purple Grape Army, Pillow-Man, Dr. Sneaker, and lastly Mr. Glue- his superpower was to glue everything together.

And that is how Nebula met Peter.

Drax

The large man stood slightly behind Quil, eating a bag of chips.  As he was bitting into one of his chips he heard a small noise from below him making him jump. 

"Hi, Mr. My name is Peter!" The little boy said with a grin. He stuck out his small hand for Drax to shake (Don't do that Peter! You'll get Corona!). The older mand whipped his hands on his pant leg before gently taking the younger boy's hand into his own and giving it a shake. 

"You weren't supposed to see me," Drax said in a low voice. Peter cocked his head to the side and giggled. 

"What do you mean Mr? I saw you eating a bag of chips while watching the green girl and Peter!" Drax frowned at the noise.
